 Delicious local dairy products, market prices. The ricotta-filled mozzarella is excellent. They also prepare travel packs in polystyrene boxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi prodotti. Trecce ottime per le pizze, provare per credere. Mozzarella in vari formati eccezionale. Ottimo 'lucasu' Leccese al peperoncino. La cosa incredibile è che i prezzi sono bassi. Pur comprando in un punto vendita, un supermercato, a 50 km dal caseificio. Verrò a fare una passaleggiata e ad acquistare direttamente 'alla fonte', qualche volta. Saluti.
Great products. Excellent braids for pizzas, seeing is believing. Mozzarella in various exceptional formats. Excellent 'lucasu' from Lecce with chilli. The amazing thing is that the prices are low. While buying in a store, a supermarket, 50 km from the dairy. I'll come for a walk and buy directly 'at the source' sometimes. Greetings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il massimo della qualità al prezzo giusto. Io vado matto per la burrata e il fior di latte devvo dire però che pure le ricotte sono ottime. Insomma comprate tutto ciò che volete poiché è tutto fresco e di assoluta eccellenza.

Ne ho fatto una buona scorta al mio rientro, peccato nn sia possibile farli spedire nelle mie zone... Vi invito a provarli..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bancone che presenta un buon assortimento di prodotti caseari, dai freschi agli stagionati ( da provare assolutamente la ricotta vaccina, il primo sale e il mitico casu friscu); presenti anche prodotti come yogurt, disponibili in diversi gusti, gorgonzola e mozzarella di bufala; possibilità di gustare, solo su ordinazione, specialità come il FAGOTTINO ( morbido cuore di ricotta rivestito da mozzarella) e la FIGLIATA!!!!

Counter that presents a good assortment of dairy products, from fresh to seasoned (to try absolutely the cow's milk ricotta, the first salt and the legendary casu friscu); there are also products such as yogurt, available in different flavors, gorgonzola and buffalo mozzarella; possibility to taste, only on order, specialties such as FAGOTTINO (soft ricotta heart covered with mozzarella) and FIGLIATA !!!!
