Ogni passo fatto all'interno del rifugio è stata una piacevole scoperta e la cortesia di Carlo è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Getting there is a walk ... on the glacier or on the wall ... but trust me it's worth it. Every step taken inside the shelter was a pleasant discovery and Carlo's courtesy was the icing on the cake.

Gestore super simpatico e diverso dagli altri. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e l'esperienza di non avere tutti i confort e unica nel suo genere One of the most beautiful places I've ever reached in my life. Sleeping up there is a unique emotion and a once in a lifetime experience. Super nice manager and different from the others. We ate very well and the experience of not having all the comforts is one of a kind

Cena e colazione abbondanti, squisite e passate in simpatia di Carlo la sentinella delle dolomiti Fantastic place, superb views, Carlo's sympathy and service are superb. You have to adapt to the bedrooms and bathrooms but it is immensely worth it. Abundant, exquisite dinner and breakfast and enjoy the sentinel of the Dolomites in sympathy with Carlo

Gestore simpatico, attento e disponibile. Panorama unico. Capanna (refuge) located just below the highest peak of the Marmolada. Reachable only with mountaineering routes. Rustically managed. Friendly, attentive and helpful manager. Unique panorama.

Ottimo rifugio dal quale scorgere i luoghi di battaglia della 1 guerra mondiale, tra cui la galleria, saltata, del tenente Rossi I was there a few years ago on the occasion of an ice walking course, then I was climbing, now unfortunately not anymore, I am 69 years old and a very bad disease that precludes me from altitude. Excellent refuge from which to see the battle sites of World War 1, including the skipped gallery of Lieutenant Rossi
P	Pier VR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo oltre i 3300 mt. Sulla Marmolada. Vivere lassù e cercare di ospitare alpinisti, non sempre è facile. Specie al giorno d' oggi, dove anche in alta montagna si pretende di soddisfare talvolta i nostri piccoli capricci. Il gestore per me merita tutte le 5 stelle. Per la sua personale scelta di vita, perché ti fa trovare un posto di ristoro lassù, perché ti fa sto prezioso servizio, con il suo carattere, accogliente montanaro. Così è. Meno male che c è!!! Tante grazie. We are over 3300 meters. On the Marmolada. Living up there and trying to host mountaineers is not always easy. Especially nowadays, where even in the high mountains we sometimes try to satisfy our little whims. The manager deserves all 5 stars for me. S	Savvas Hiker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if it was the mountain or the ascent but here I had the best soup ever! The ascent from Canazei through the west ridge to Punta di Penia took us 7h30m including major stops and all. Dolomites!
