★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nell'incantevole spettacolo della natura in cui è posto, il rifugio si presenta accogliente. Forse qualche piccola cura in più, soprattutto di alcune parti del rifugio non guasterebbe.
 In the enchanting spectacle of nature in which it is placed, the refuge looks welcoming. Perhaps a little more care, especially in some parts of the refuge, would not hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un rifugio molto bello, munito di ristorante e da cui si può godere di una vista mozzafiato. Dal rifugio, si può arrivare al Contrin e a Sella Brunech, senza dimenticare che è possibile scendere in Val San Nicolò.
A very nice refuge, equipped with a restaurant and from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. From the refuge, you can reach Contrin and Sella Brunech, without forgetting that it is possible to descend into Val San Nicolò.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto piccolo ma funzionale. L'importante è che si mangia bene ed è pulito e il panorama merita! X chi vuole c'è una bella ferrata proprio lì vicino!
Very small but functional. The important thing is that you eat well and it is clean and the view deserves! For those who want there is a nice via ferrata right nearby!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esteticamente bruttino, avrebbe bisogno di un restauro. Personale gentile, prezzi nella media . Il sentiero attrezzato Pederiva per raggiungere il rifugio dal Buffare avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata perché alcuni pioli che tengono le corde si sono sfilati ed il sentiero fra la penultima e ultima corda è scomparso.
Aesthetically ugly, it needs a restoration. Friendly staff, average prices. The Pederiva aided path to reach the Buffare refuge would need to be fixed because some pegs that hold the ropes have slipped off and the path between the penultimate and last rope has disappeared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che peccato! Luogo pazzesco, crocevia che collega la Val Contrin alla Val San Niccolò. Rifugio poco curato e pranzo scarso.
What a shame! Crazy place, crossroads that connects Val Contrin to Val San Niccolò. Uncared for refuge and poor lunch.
