-There's a microwave
-The boiler works great, water reaches the right temperature in a matter of seconds
-Bathroom is not so small, huge mirror, nice overall
-The internet connection is great.
Cons:
-The furniture is really dated; all of it. The only table available in the room is scary, looks like it might fall apart any moment.

β β β β β Good location. Milan di dumbo is around 20 mins with Tram number 2. There are lot of shops and cafe near by. Room was clean and everything is there in the kitchen as well including microwave.
Nice place to stay. The stuff was friendly and he arranged early check-in for us.

β β β β β I got the bigger room than the smallest one. It ended before it started. Dated feeling. While the room was just fine for a person, the biggest problem was the noise. There is a motor garage in the premises and one can enjoy the motor horn and other repair work throughout the day - even with the windows closed. Moreover the trash cans were places just below all the apartments (it was a closed premises) and all day long there were dragging and dumping sound. The insulation was so bad that whenever someone walked in the corridor, it felt as if someone was walking in the room. I could even hear the conversation from the next room. Given the Milan Design Week, the tariffs were already 2.5 times higher than standard. I would suggest, avoid this property unless you donβt have any other choice like me (had my exams in Milan, so no flexibility of stay to avoid the overpriced tariff or availability of a better accommodation).

β β β β β The one good thing about this hotel was it had a good internet connection. That was the only good thing. The bed was awful and the comforter was shedding feathers like crazy. The bathroom sink was cracked and dirty. The floor was uneven and coming up in spots. There was only one outlet available to use and it was over the top of the bed with no place to safely set any item needing to be plugged in. The staff is supposedly international although the only lady that it seemed worked didn't hardly speak English. One night the power went off to our room as well. The location is hard to get to as well requiring quite a hike after a train and subway ride. Not a lot around this area either.

β β β β β They waited for us to check in after midnight. The room was clean and had everything you need ( small kitchen, TV, microwave ). Not too far from city centre. Really recommend!

β β β β β Itβs 3 degrees outside and the heating is not working I called reception and they said that heating can be on only in the morning And they turn it off at night and that they canβt do anything about it

β β β β β We had a reservation for 3 nights and we could not arrive in time in order to check in. The owner told us they cannot wait us, so we told them that we will find other accommodation for the first night. This was on the 29th of December. The next day, they cancelled the reservation without having the courtesy to let us know that we are basically forced to find other accommodation for the end of the year. ????
