★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean, near the central train station and the bus station, the are 3 rooms, each big enough for 3-4 persons!
It needs a little bit of renovation but for the price that you pay is ok !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could use a renovation.. during summer it's very hot, there is no AC, the provided fan does little for comfort, we could not sleep at all.. there is no mesh on the windows against the mosquitos.. i've stayed here a year and a half ago and there were no improvements since then. The only plus is that it's close to the Central Station and airport shuttles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was super-unfriedly and we didn't feel welcomed. The room and sanitary was old but okay. You should pay attention to extra fees which are not mentioned online, for example obligatory bed linen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No air conditioning. Rooms are with old furniture. A lot of mosquitos, no mosquito net, it was very hot outside and it felt like a sauna inside. We could not sleep at all. Bathroom was very old, missing tiles and all. I do not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is more like a Airbnb room. There is no dedicated reception. You need to go the door and call a number. Prior arrangements are mandatory to check in. They also charge extra per day for linen. This is a sneaky charge and we didnt like the surprise. I know it was mentioned in the terms but who reads fine print. I wish they included it in the displayed price. Room was okay but there was NO hot water here when we stayed and there was no reception to make any complaints. We were very disappointing having no hot water. We could not take a shower as a result.The wifi was good. The common area has a ironing board, kettle and some useful amenities. This is about a 10 minute walk from the Milan Central railway station. There are decent restaurants and supermarkets in the area.
