very bad experience. just a few examples of what we experienced during our stay of more than 6 month: - this company tries to renovate the Apartment on the cost of there guests. - people entering the Apartment without prior notice and didn't left after we asked them to stay out. - Even if we signed the contract with an Agency, the owner entered the Apartment and checked all the rooms and furniture. - They complained us for unpaid invoices even if we had already payed. Once the complained us for an unpaid invoice even if they didn't even sent us the invoice. Some of the positive feedback you see here are written by Employs of the agency.

THEY STEAL, complete frauds, they lie to you all the time and then end up stealing all your security for their terrible furniture that they would 'provide' you with, its so upsetting as they charge so high and treat it like they're the best when clearly they arent. In the next review i will add photographs as proofs and also how they cleverly and slowly kept on adding problems in our security amount to take it all away. STEALERS! BEWARE

An overall very positive experience for 4 months as exchange students in Milan. Of course, every experience comes with some cons I will discuss first in this review. 1) We had requested for an extra set of keys, but the request was dragged out over 2-3 months. However, they explained to us that they were constrained by city regulations, requiring a document that owner had lost and resorted to offering to change the entire door, to which we knew was probably not going to happen, but it would be better to tell us it wasn't possible instead of letting us hold on to the hope. 2) One of us lost 2000 euros cash at some point during the stay. I'm not going to throw baseless accusations at anybody, but it definitely raises some serious security concerns. Was considering removing 1 star from the rating because of this, but ultimately the quality still wins out. Just keep your things safe and do not be complacent. There are servicemen and movers that the Best Rent employs to visit the house occasionally. 3) The walls of our apartment were extremely thin. Our next door neighbour had a child which would cry and scream many times through the day and another neighbour who had a condition that made him scream throughout during the day. This is in no way the fault of the Best Rent, but a disclaimer before the payment was made either on the site or verbally would have been much appreciated. The wifi was also pretty spotty. Now, for the pros: 1) We worked with Francesco who was very responsive and did his best to serve us the best he could, entertaining many last minute requests such as luggage storage, or even printing of unrelated documents in the office after office hours. Not once was there reluctance or complaint, and he was always friendly and accommodating, and so was everybody else in the office. 2) They are really reasonable with procedures such as payments, and on several cases where we forgot about the rent payment, they would remind us and not impose the late fee immediately. 3) They accommodated to many of our requests including splitting a double bed into 2 single (although this was requested already at the time of the booking), bringing an extra bed into the house, servicing of the air-conditioning (although this was never really resolved, when one a/c turned on, the other would turn off (However, I will not fault the best rent for this as this is out of their control, maybe get a more experienced technician). 4) The compound and the house itself was really lovely and clean, and delivered exactly according to the photos. We were extremely satisfied with the house itself. Thus, if you are prepared for such setbacks, and understand how hard it is to find a decent price for a nice apartment in Milan, you would really appreciate having the Best Rent. Their service and quality of the house was really good.

Hello i've rented an appartment for 40 days in Milano. The place was as the image, very good conditions. The company "the best rent" incredibly responsive and professional. I had to ask them few things and got feedback by email or phone always and in a short period of time.

The apartment has potential, especially for its location. But instead we received a dirty apartment, with stained furniture, floor full of dirt and hair (we cleaned it ourselves and took out black water) Vacuum cleaner did not work and the broom was full of hair. The mattress of the uncomfortable couch, we had to move it to the floor. There was shampoo and toilet paper from previous guests. Complications with communication: they never communicated with me for check in (phone, Airbnb message, nor email) Upon arrival they wanted to charge me a fine for arriving 45 minutes late when no one confirmed how or when or who was going to give me the keys. For check out there were also 'communication problems'. They had told me to leave the keys in the house if the doorman was not there, and someone would pick them up LATER. We did what as told , but when we were already outside the building a guy showed up asking for the keys, we explained but he got upset when we told him we already left the keys inside, he started to take photos from me and My family without permission. The discussion almost made us missed the train to the airport, so I showed him the email (I was lucky I asked everything written by email because I already noticed they we're not trustworthy nor serius).
