I bought my first apartment in Italy, so it was very important to me that I received expert guidance as well as help with many practical matters. Things went very smoothly. I can warmly recommend him and Tecnocasa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento consegnato in ritardo, sporchissimo, con una miriade di imperfezioni quali cavi scoperti, porte e finestre verniciate male e all'ultimo minuto (vernice ancora fresca al momento della consegna), pavimento sporchissimo e parecchio rovinato, cavi elettrici a vista, serrature molto rovinate, tapparella in pessime condizioni, balcone che sembra un cantiere e mancata presenza del divano letto come previsto nei termini del contratto.
Spero che questi problemi vengano in fretta risolti, e spero in un risarcimento a causa delle pessime condizioni dell'appartamento.
A breve farò un'altra recensione per raccontare come sono andate le cose.
Apartment delivered late, very dirty, with a myriad of imperfections such as bare cables, badly painted and last minute doors and windows (paint still fresh at the time of delivery), very dirty and very ruined floor, exposed electrical cables, very ruined locks , roller shutter in poor condition, balcony that looks like a construction site and no sofa bed as provided in the terms of the contract.
I hope these problems are resolved quickly, and I hope for compensation due to the poor condition of the apartment.
Soon I will make another review to tell how things went.
