Consegnata in un angolo dell'autosalone quasi al buio in maniera svogliata e senza nemmeno l'acqua dei tergicristalli. Quando contesto gli interni non richiesti a furia di discussioni mi vengono sostituiti con quelli di fabbrica presi da un altra vettura nel loro parco macchine. Ovviamente si trattengono l'optional e non mi viene restituito nessun rimborso (150 euro) e mi viene detto che la cifra mi verra' scalata nei tagliandi. Il primo lo scorso anno (minitagliando a 3000 km causa Covid non ho usato l'auto x grandi spostamenti) mi costo' 70 euro e nessuno sconto. Chiamo ieri x sapere la spesa del secondo completo tagliando che devo fare ricordando il particolare del rimborso. Mi viene detto che sarei stato richiamato in mattinata ma niente. Richiamo io stamattina e la risposta è stata: 190 euro..il rimborso puo' valere solo x l'acquisto di pezzi di ricambio e che avrei dovuto farmi mettere x iscritto 2 anni fa' tutta la storia. Sul venditore mi astengo a fare commenti. Se mai dovessi comprare un altra auto e questa concessionaria fosse l'unica in italia..piuttosto mi compro un monopattino! Bad experience. The new car comes with internal options not requested by me but paid for by me. Delivered in a corner of the car showroom almost in the dark in a listless manner and without even the water from the wipers. When I contest the unsolicited interiors by dint of discussions they are replaced with factory ones taken from another car in their fleet. Obviously the option is withheld and no refunds are returned to me (150 euros) and I am told that the amount will be deducted from the coupons. The first last year (minitalling at 3000 km due to Covid I did not use the car for long journeys) cost me 70 euros and no discount. I call yesterday x to know the cost of the second complete coupon that I have to do, remembering the detail of the reimbursement. I am told that I would be called back in the morning but nothing. I call back this morning and the answer was: 190 euros .. the refund can only be valid for the purchase of spare parts and that I should have had the whole story written 2 years ago. I refrain from commenting on the seller. If I ever have to buy another car and this dealership is the only one in Italy… I'd rather buy a scooter!
