Peccato che alla reception ci sia una persona estremamente maleducata ed arrogante, che non si fa problemi ad umiliare un paziente davanti agli altri?. I tempi d'attesa per l'accettazione sono sempre molto brevi, le impiegate gentili e gli operatori che effettuano i prelievi sono veramente molto bravi e riescono sempre a centrare le mie vene "imprendibili" al primo colpo (in altri posti vengo solitamente sforacchiata ripetutamente ?). I referti arrivano comodamente sul fascicolo sanitario elettronico e non c'è quindi bisogno di tornare presso il laboratorio per ritirarli. Trovandosi il laboratorio in zona ZTL, non vi si può parcheggiare davanti (ad esclusione degli invalidi), ma a due passi c'è il parcheggio di Piazza del Carmine, dove si trova praticamente sempre posto.
