La prima volta che sono entrato in concessionaria mi sono sentito subito accolto e mi sono fatto fare un preventivo. Rimasto colpito dalla trasparenza e dalla competenza di Alberto, ho deciso di tornare per discutere dell'acquisto della Renault Clio. Mi sono state fornite tutte le informazioni necessarie in merito alla macchina, all'acquisto con finanziamento semplice e ho fatto il test drive.
Mi ha colpito anche la disponibilità di Alberto e il clima informale che si è creato nel parlare. Dopo aver provato la macchina, ne sono rimasto estasiato, ho preso il modello Intens 100 CV gpl pieno di accessori e dopo i primi mesi di utilizzo posso confermare di aver fatto un ottima scelta.
 A few months later I am writing to leave my personal opinion on the purchase of the new Renault Clio.
The first time I entered the dealership, I immediately felt welcomed and got a quote. Struck by Alberto's transparency and competence, I decided to return to discuss the purchase of the Renault Clio. I was given all the necessary information about the car, the purchase with simple financing and I took the test drive.
I was also struck by Alberto's availability and the informal atmosphere created in speaking. After trying the machine, I was delighted, I took the Intens 100 CV LPG model full of accessories and after the first months of use I can confirm that I made an excellent choice.

Il Renault Express Van è un mezzo fantastico, dalle recensioni online non rende la qualità e la comodità che realmente ha questo mezzo.
Da Draghetti super! Nonostante il periodo difficilissimo per il mercato dei veicoli, sono riusciti a contenere le tempistiche di consegna facendo miracoli. Consegnato addirittura prima della data prevista!

The Renault Express Van is a fantastic vehicle, from online reviews it does not convey the quality and comfort that this vehicle really has.
From Draghetti super! Despite the very difficult period for the vehicle market, they managed to contain delivery times by working miracles. Delivered even before the scheduled date!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cortesia e gentilezza sempre presenti, ma dopo tagliando e cambio cinghia di distribuzione il veicolo è stato riconsegnato un venerdì sera con la prima marcia che non si inseriva. Ho dovuto portare la macchina in un'altra officina per far sistemare il problema a spese mie (alla fine era solo il selettore del cambio). Purtroppo nel complesso è stata un'esperienza negativa
courtesy and kindness always present, but after servicing and changing the timing belt the vehicle was returned on a Friday evening with the first gear that did not engage. I had to take the car to another workshop to have the problem fixed at my expense (in the end it was just the gear selector). Unfortunately overall it was a bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un auto usata per mio figlio con un anno di garanzia. E come sempre il vero concessionario si vede nel momento dell'assistenza. Danno stimato 850 euro circa (parliamo di una polo del 2013) e la garanzia ha coperto per circa 500 euro quindi abbiamo pagato 350 euro. Mi sono sembrati abbastanza onesti e trasparenti dandomi l'idea di professionisti. Forse non hanno dei prezzi super competitivi ma ricordate quando comprate un auto usata non potete pretendere che la garanzia copra tutto il danno. Sto pensando se estendere la garanzia di un altro anno con loro....
I bought a used car for my son with a one year warranty. And as always, the real dealer can be seen in the moment of assistance. Damage estimated around 850 euros (we are talking about a 2013 polo shirt) and the guarantee covered for around 500 euros so we paid 350 euros. They seemed to me quite honest and transparent giving me the idea of professionals. Maybe they don't have super competitive prices but remember when you buy a used car you can't expect the warranty to cover all the damage. I'm thinking about extending the warranty for another year with them ....
