Non molto professionali per quanto riguarda le scadenze, almeno nel mio caso.
Abbiamo concordato una data per la consegna ma poi ad un giorno dalla scadenza ho dovuto telefonare io per sapere che durante la riparazione hanno scoperto esserci un altro pezzetto rotto e quindi la consegna è rimandata a data da definirsi.
Oltre 2 settimane per una riparazione di 5 ore di manodopera, forse un tantino troppo..e ancora non so quando potrò ritirarlo.
 Friendly and helpful regarding the work done.
Not very professional with regards to deadlines, at least in my case.
We have agreed a date for delivery but then one day after the deadline I had to call to know that during the repair they found out there was another broken piece and therefore the delivery was postponed until a date to be defined.
Over 2 weeks for a repair of 5 hours of labor, maybe a tad too much ... and I still don't know when I can pick it up.

Luckily everything is well what ends well. They made a restore on a new purchase. I am apprehensive by nature but they have listened and even endured my nature. I thank them and recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quello che mi e' successo a me do una stella ma sarebbe meglio zero.Assistenza vomitevole,non si sono mai degnati di fare una telefonata,la moglie ci ha mandati a quel paese,cosa devo dire di piu?
For what happened to me I give a star but it would be better to zero. Vomiting assistance, they never deigned to make a phone call, the wife sent us to that country, what more can I say?

Misterbike Moto Scooter, sale of motorcycles, scooters, helmets and cases. Then, there is also the motorcycle and scooter repair shop. The owner Gianluca is very prepared and also nice. Misterbike is located right behind the petrol station and next to Pizza 90 in Via Corticella.
