★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato un tampone antigenico rapido presso questa farmacia e con mia grande sorpresa il tampone non è stato eseguito dalla farmacista. In pratica me lo hanno fatto fare da sola, "guidata" a parole dalla farmacista. In sostanza ho fatto un tampone fai da te, fatto male sicuramente, pagandolo 15 euro e rilasciando green pass. Poca professionalità e attenzione al cliente!! soprattutto considerando il fatto che il tampone, essendo cambiate le disposizioni, dovrebbe farlo obbligatoriamente la farmacista
I did a quick antigen swab at this pharmacy and to my surprise the swab was not performed by the pharmacist. In practice, they made me do it myself, "guided" in words by the pharmacist. Basically, I made a DIY tampon, definitely hurt, paying 15 euros and issuing the green pass. Little professionalism and attention to the customer !! especially considering the fact that the tampon, having changed the provisions, should necessarily do it the pharmacist
