Non sono un cliente, perché abito in altra zona di Bologna, ma ho avuto occasione di conoscere questa farmacia in quanto necessitavo di un tampone rapido per me e i miei famigliari in tempi brevi; dopo aver telefonato mi hanno dato subito l'appuntamento per la mattina stessa, ci siamo recati sul posto dove siamo stati accolti dall'operatrice che ci ha fatto accomodare all'esterno, in corrispondenza del retro del negozio. Già questo dettaglio l'ho trovato molto cortese perché non sei in mezzo al marciapiede, lontano da curiosi e sguardi indiscreti. La farmacista è stata molto professionale, paziente, gentile e disponibile all'ascolto, nonostante fosse molto impegnata in negozio con l'elevato numero di clienti. Al termine di tutto, sempre con estrema pazienza e gentilezza, ci ha spiegato nuovamente tutte le procedure che dovevamo seguire dopo gli esiti dei tamponi, rassicurandoci e trasmettendo fiducia. Ringrazio pertanto pubblicamente tutto lo staff e consiglio vivamente questa farmacia. Five stars, with praise! I'm not a customer, because I live in another area of Bologna, but I got to know this pharmacy as I needed a quick swab for me and my family in a short time; after phoning I was immediately given an appointment for the same morning, we went to the place where we were greeted by the operator who made us sit outside, at the back of the shop. I already found this detail very polite because you are not in the middle of the pavement, far from curious and prying eyes. The pharmacist was very professional, patient, kind and willing to listen, despite being very busy in the shop with the high number of customers. At the end of everything, always with extreme patience and kindness, he explained again all the procedures we had to follow after the results of the swabs, reassuring us and transmitting confidence. I therefore publicly thank all the staff and highly recommend this pharmacy.

Golinelli è un'altra cosa, competenza, discrezione, cortesia, disponibilità, immediatezza nel reperire ciò che raramente manca "what else"? In conclusione, un folto gruppo di belle persone alle quali puoi sempre chiedere un competente consiglio. E se talvolta capitasse tra loro un tipo un po' ombroso sarà rapidamente contagiato dai bei modi del Dott. Golinelli e il resto dello staff. On the Via di Corticella there are 6 pharmacies, but Dr. Golinelli's Pharmacy Bettini is something else, competence, discretion, courtesy, availability, immediacy in finding what is rarely missing "what else"? S	Stefano Brighetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno un amico mi ha comprato c/o Vs farmacia tre tamponi rapidi GP Getein Biotech ,inc al costo cadauno di circa 10 euro A parte il COSTO ASSURDO non FUNZIONANO. Ne ho provati due su tre ed è stato come bere un bicchier d'acqua. Inoltre 1) la scatola presenta una targhetta incollata sulla confezione originale che fa capire come il prodotto sia stato ..... rigenerato???!! 2) le istruzioni sono errate - si precisa che il tampone deve penetrare nella narice solo per 1,5 centimetri - chi ha fatto tamponi anche in farmacia s a perfettamente che il tampone deve entrare ben di più di 1,5 cm. Il tampone non ha la capacità, stringendolo come da istruzioni, di contenere tre gocce di liquido da inserire nel reagente In sostanza ho buttato 20 euro e mi trovo con un tampone di avanzo che non son che farmene. State certi che lo riporterò al mittente. Mi sono informato c/o altre farmacie il costo di un tampone HOTGEN (OTTIMO) è di 6 euro circa, le farmacie LOYDS vendono tamponi a meno di 4 euro Morale alla larga da tamponi GP Getein good morning a friend bought me at your pharmacy three GP Getein Biotech rapid swabs, inc at a cost of about 10 euros each Apart from the ABSURD COST they don't WORK.
