Alla mia richiesta di un medicinale ha quasi messo in dubbio l'esistenza di quest'ultimo. Non mi è stato neanche proposto un prodotto analogo a quello che cercavo e ho dovuto chiederlo esplicitamente. Inoltre, a differenza di tutte le altre numerose farmacie in cui mi sono servita, ho ricevuto pesanti lamentele per la ricetta presentata su telefono, non avendo la possibilità di averla cartacea; capisco che sia preferibile mostrare la ricetta originale, ma comunque non è accettabile trattare così un cliente. Finora avevo avuto rapporti solo con le dottoresse più giovani, veramente gentili. Non mi serviro' più dei vostri servizi. Mi chiedo come fanno a lasciare personale così a banco. Cercavo una scatola di tachipirina e mi ha chiesto la ricetta poi vendono oki o aulin senza ricetta. Unica pecca è che non fanno orario continuato, ma ci sta, è una piccola farmacia in mezzo ad altre farmacie in una zona non densamente popolata.
