N	Netta Giani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo più di 30 minuti di fila per due volte ho visto delle persone anziane alle quali è stata rifiutata la prenotazione di una prestazione sanitaria al cup. Non si fa così.....se si prende l'impegno si assolve fino in fondo, soprattutto perché è un servizio al pubblico (gli anziani vanno trattati meglio e chi lavora va rispettato). Detto ciò consiglio di andare in questa farmacia solo quando non si hanno alternative perché il servizio è lentissimo e si perde molto tempo rischiando di non trovare i medicinali che occorrono. Aggiungo....la titolare sicuramente è persona che sa gestire bene il lavoro dei dipendenti e il risultato è palese.Complimenti!!!! Allora se sei vecchia e stanca vattene in pensione o finisci la tua carriera a fare delle pulizie nelle caverne che è meglio,CAFONA! M	M Gian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono in quarantena da 7 giorni, ho provato a chiamare almeno 20 volte al giorno negli ultimi 3 giorni per poter prendere un appuntamento per il tampone di controllo essendo sotto casa, non volendo andare in giro per Bologna nel caso risultassi ancora positiva dato il raffreddore continuo e il mal di gola....risultato, linea sempre occupata o staccata... E poi ti dicono che lo devi prenotare... E se uno non ha internet come fa??? Due parole, che schifo!!
