β β β β β Buongiorno ho avuto la sfortuna di avere un guasto sulla mia Talisman (la temperatura Γ¨ salita al limite) mi sono ovviamente fermato subito ed ho notato che l'elettroventola non entrava in funzione ho fatto raffreddare l'auto quando la lancetta Γ¨ arrivata al punto di esercizio ho avviato l'auto ma fatti solo pochi metri l'ago della temperatura iniziava a salire mi sono fermato subito ho chiamato il carro attrezzi che ha portato l'auto presso l'officina MEDECAR di Potenza ho spiegato tutto al sig. Pace che mi ha comunicato che prima di lunedi (era sabato 15 gennaio) non avrebbero visto l'auto a tutt'oggi martedi 25 gennaio so solo che il sig. Pace ha detto che Γ¨ una cosa grave ma non mi ha specificato cosa e quanto verrebbe a costare ho provato a parlare con il responsabile (telefonato in giorni diversi ma o era occupato o non era in sede la sua segretaria ha detto che mi avrebbe contattato lui il sig. Canio Mecca (mai sentito) attualmente non so ne quando e ne quanto mi verra a costare credevo che la renault di agnano fosse la peggiore ma Medecar la ha superato classificandosi al primo posto per il pessimo servizio .
Hello I had the misfortune of having a breakdown on my Talisman (the temperature has risen to the limit) I obviously stopped immediately and I noticed that the electric fan did not start I let the car cool down when the pointer reached the point of exercise I started the car but after only a few meters the temperature needle started to rise I stopped immediately I called the tow truck that brought the car to the MEDECAR workshop in Potenza I explained everything to Mr. Pace who informed me that before Monday (it was Saturday January 15th) they would not have seen the car as of today Tuesday January 25th, I only know that Mr. Pace said it was serious but he did not specify what and how much it would cost I tried to speak to the manager (phoned on different days but he was either busy or not at the office his secretary said he would contact me Mr. Canio Mecca (never heard of) currently I don't know when or how much it will cost me I thought that the renault of agnano was the worst but Medecar surpassed it by ranking in first place for bad service.

β β β β β I bring my electric cars here for servicing. My older Zoe wasn't accepting charge from my domestic charger and everyone (including me) blamed the rural environment of my home. Medecar upgraded the charging interface (at some cost!) and demonstrated it's efficacy by the successful charge at the house of one of its mechanics, in a similar environment as my house with just 3kW domestic supply. I was convinced, and since then have been successfully charging the reluctant car at home! Happy ending
