Ho provato 4 quattro volte a prenotare un tagliando, sempre messo in attesa per essere trasferito ad un addetto del service ma dopo oltre 5 minuti di attesa nessuno che risponde.
Servizio decisamente non all’altezza di Volkswagen!!
BAD telephone booking service.
I tried 4 four times to book a coupon, always put on hold to be transferred to a service agent but after more than 5 minutes of waiting no one answered.
Service definitely not up to Volkswagen !!
