Scrivo questa recensione dopo aver vissuto ogni fase del lavoro di questa concessionaria. Ho acquistato una vettura nuova e immatricolata gennaio 2017. Quando devono venderTi un auto nuova ovviamente sono tutti disponibili, quindi condivido la disponibilità di cui parlano altre recensioni. Ma la disponibilità si ferma qui. Essendo un agente di commercio ho fatto diversi tagliandi olio, manutenzione a mie spese, ed anche fin qui, paga il Cliente, sono bravi e disponibili. Cosa accade se malauguratamente la Vostra auto, in garanzia Ford, necessita di un intervento straordinario e quindi a spese casa madre? In questa concessionaria cominciano i Vostri problemi. La mia CMax necessita di sostituzione della frizione in garanzia, da almeno tre mesi, ma Autosala, ha tenuto la vettura ricoverata una settimana, effettuando solo uno “spurgo” ( così è stato definito) della frizione. Oltre a questo, nonostante la garanzia, la vettura in sostituzione, lavoro con l’auto, è stata a mie spese. Ad oggi, il problema della frizione è rimasto, attendo inutilmente telefonate dell’officina che promette di chiamarmi da tre settimane ( ho chiamato diverse volte ricordando che sono in attesa di riscontro). Domani contatterò Ford Italia, segnalerò quanto sopra, cercando di trovare una soluzione prima che scada garanzia. Mai più Autosala spa! Go buy your Ford elsewhere !!! Bari or wherever you like but not Autosala! I write this review after having lived through every phase of the work of this dealership. I bought a new car and registered in January 2017. When they have to sell you a new car of course they are all available, so I share the availability mentioned in other reviews. But the availability stops there. Being a commercial agent I have done several oil coupons, maintenance at my expense, and even so far, the customer pays, they are good and available. What happens if unfortunately your car, under Ford warranty, needs an extraordinary intervention and therefore at the expense of the parent company? In this dealership your problems begin. My CMax needs to replace the clutch under warranty, for at least three months, but Autosala kept the car hospitalized for a week, carrying out only a "bleed" (as it was defined) of the clutch. In addition to this, despite the warranty, the replacement car, I work with the car, was at my expense. To date, the clutch problem has remained, I have been waiting in vain for phone calls from the workshop which has promised to call me for three weeks (I have called several times remembering that I am waiting for a reply). Tomorrow I will contact Ford Italy, I will report the above, trying to find a solution before the warranty expires. No more Autosala spa!

G	Giacinta Martini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando sei in vacanza e non ti riparte la macchina vai in tilt ma se ti ritrovi in questa officina dove come prima cosa ti offrono un caffe mentre aspetti di sapere qual'e il problema gia' cambia poi l incaricato risulta molto disponibile efficace e competente pensi che poteva andare peggio.Per me ottima efficenza in tutto. When you are on holiday and you do not start the car again, go haywire but if you find yourself in this workshop where first they offer you a coffee while you wait to know what the problem is already changing then the person in charge is very helpful effective and competent you think which could have been worse. For me excellent efficiency in everything.

Accettazione e personale tecnico post vendita preparato nel gestire tutte le situazioni critiche e ben disposti a dare informazioni al cliente. Great workshop with excellent after sales service. They worked on my 2001 Ford car as if it were a new car. Reception and after-sales technical staff trained in managing all critical situations and willing to give information to the customer.

Anche se molto gentile e disponibile i tempi di attesa potrebbero essere lunghi. In the dealership there are only Mazda cars, while Ford no cars to see or try. Only one person for quotes. Although very kind and helpful, waiting times could be long.

Portata da loro mi prospettano circa €10.00 di danni “convincendomi” quindi che non valesse la pena ripararla. Lascio quindi la macchina nelle loro mani per rottamarla (non mi viene quindi riconosciuta alcuna cifra per la “trattenuta” dell’auto) e acquisto da loro da un’altra macchina come “usato garantito” a €8.600. Mesi dopo scopro che la mia ford fiesta originale non è stata rottamata; tutt’altro: l’hanno rimmatricolata cambiandoci la targa e l’hanno rimessa in vendita come usato garantito alla “modica” cifra di €8.500. Scoperto il misfatto comincio ovviamente a dubitare che la “nuova” auto acquistata da loro non fosse un vero usato garantito, ma un’altra truffa. Purtroppo i miei sospetti risultano fondati. Scopro infatti che hanno acquistato la mia auto incidentata a €4.000 dalla precedente proprietaria, l’hanno riparata e me l’hanno rivenduta “come nuova” a €8.500. Comportamenti palesemente truffaldini e al limite della legalità. Diffidate dal Sig. Parrella e da suo figlio Arsenio e se avete acquistato da loro auto usate vi consiglio di controllare effettivamente le condizioni delle auto che state guidando. I crashed a ford fiesta (they bought it 5 years earlier). Brought to them, they offer me about € 10.00 of damage, "convincing" me that it was not worth repairing. I then leave the car in their hands to be scrapped (no amount is therefore recognized for the "withholding" of the car) and buy them from another car as "guaranteed used" for € 8,600. Months later I discover that my original ford fiesta has not been scrapped; quite the opposite: they re-registered it by changing the number plate and put it back on sale as a guaranteed second-hand vehicle for the "modest" sum of € 8,500. Having discovered the crime, I obviously begin to doubt that the "new" car purchased by them was not a real guaranteed used car, but another scam. Unfortunately my suspicions are well founded. In fact, I discover that they bought my damaged car for € 4,000 from the previous owner, repaired it and sold it to me "as new" for € 8,500. Obviously fraudulent behavior and on the verge of legality. Be wary of Mr. Parrella and his son Arsenio and if you have bought used cars from them I recommend that you actually check the conditions of the cars you are driving.
