Se non facevo notare che ero in sala d'attesa, mi facevano aspettare anche un'altra ora. Non so se è normale, Booooo? Appuntamento or 17 entrato alle 18:20. An hour late for ultrasound. Prostate ultrasound with drinking water made one hour before the booking time. If I didn't point out that I was in the waiting room, they made me wait another hour. I don't know if it's normal, Booooo? Appointment or 17 entered at 18:20.

F	Fabrizio S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato la settimana scorsa per sabato 14/09/19 alle ore 11:00 per una risonanza magnetica privata. Arriviamo alle 11 nello studio e ci fanno attendere in sala d'attesa dove prima di noi non era entrato e uscito alcun paziente. Da precisare che mia moglie è incinta e quindi i tempi di attesa non si possono prolungare troppo, ma naturalmente alla reception di questo non ho detto nulla. Aspetto ininterrottamente fino alle 11:45 senza che nessuno mi dica NULLA, e mi alzo per chiedere info sul perché ci fosse tanto da attendere e mi viene detto che ci sarà stato un problema col paziente prima di me (evidentemente da oltre 1 ora dentro lo studio 3 ma a mio avviso persona immaginaria dato che un sanitario entrava ed usciva ripetutamente dallo studio 3, chiacchierando amabilmente con gli avventori non pazienti dello studio), nella più totale indifferenza dello staff. Vedendo che fino ad allora nessuno ci ha detto nulla ho prenotato la visita in un altro studio per lunedì e da lì me ne sono andato senza spiegazioni. Vorrei precisare che se all'inizio ci fosse stata maggiore chiarezza e attenzione alle esigenze dei pazienti, sarei anche rimasto ma visto il trattamento ricevuto è stato meglio così. Per fortuna esistono altri studi dove poter prenotare privatamente e sicuramente la mia esperienza non sarà dannosa solo per questa circostanza dato che inviterò parenti ed amici ad evitare questa struttura per le future prestazioni mediche a pagamento. Bisognerebbe solo cambiare radicalmente il modo di lavorare e di rapportarsi con le persone, invece di mostrare INDIFFERENZA COMPLETA. Ultima osservazione. Ci sono molte recensioni negative a 1 stella e molte a 5 stelle. I dubbi sulla veridicità delle recensioni estremamente positive a me vengono...... I booked last week on 09/14/19 at 11:00 for a private MRI. We arrive at 11 in the study and make us wait in the waiting room where before us no patient had entered and left. It should be noted that my wife is pregnant and therefore waiting times cannot be prolonged too much, but of course at the reception of this I did not say anything. I wait uninterruptedly until 11:45 am without anyone telling me NOTHING, and I get up to ask for info on why there was so much to wait and I am told that there will have been a problem with the patient before me (evidently for over 1 hour inside the study 3 but in my opinion an imaginary person given that a health care professional came and went repeatedly from study 3, chatting amiably with non-patient clients of the studio), in total indifference of the staff. Seeing that until then no one told us anything, I booked the visit to another studio on Monday and left without explanation. I would like to point out that if at the beginning there had been greater clarity and attention to the needs of the patients, I would also have stayed but given the treatment received it was better this way. Fortunately, there are other studies where you can book privately and certainly my experience will not be detrimental just for this circumstance as I will invite relatives and friends to avoid this facility for future paid medical services. We should only radically change the way we work and deal with people, instead of showing COMPLETE INDIFFERENCE. Last observation. There are many negative 1-star and many 5-star reviews. The doubts about the truthfulness of the extremely positive reviews come to me ......

La voce meccanica 'suggerisce' di inviare un Whatsapp che non viene neppure letto, figuriamoci aspettarsi di essere richiamati. Ho prenotato altrove. 48 hours and no answer on the phone. g	gae carbo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Innanzitutto è scandaloso che non venga rilevata la temperatura all'ingresso dopo un anno di pandemia che la temperatura la rilevano anche ai bagni pubblici. Ambiente piccolo.... Unico ingresso e stessa uscita. Mi son dovuta spogliare per una mammografia davanti il medico..... Basterebbe un separé per garantire un minimo di privacy che significa attenzione al paziente. Detto ciò, tecnico radiologo e dottore molto cortesi e professionali. Ambienti puliti ma angusti. Tempi di attesa per una tac ed ecografie un po' troppo lunghi per essere uno studio privato.Due ore di ritardo per tac con mezzo di contrasto a pagamento. I am writing for a relative.
