Dopo la registrazione, sono stato invitato ad attendere; il display indicava un ritardo di 15 minuti (con tant di scuse), trascorsi dieci minuti è sopraggiunto un ragazzo, accompagnato da un signore, il quale ci ha tenuto a precisare già al citofono che era un medico. Anche loro si sono accomodati nella sala d'attesa. Alle 15.50 è finalmente giunto presso lo studio medico anche il dott. Guerrieri e, senza neanche porsi il problema di fosse giunto prima, ha fatto entrare per l'esame il collega. Ho salutato la segretaria - visibilmente imbarazzata - e sono andato via. Non basta evidentemente un bellissimo studio medico per fare un professionista. Purtroppo la disaventura mi.è costata quarantacinque minuti del mio tempo. Per il dott. Un minimo di ritardo per professionisti del calibro del dott. Guerrieri, Martino, Buonamico (medici che ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare) a mio parere è comprensibile. Sono medici che a volte con loro esperienza, bravura, professionalità e minuziosità, scoprono trombi vascolari, tumori mammari... E salvano la vita alle persone facendo prendere la malattia per tempo. A coloro a cui è stata salvata la vita, è vero, la loro visita ha "rubato" del tempo alla visita successiva. Però quei pazienti sanno che l'attesa ha una ragione e questa è la precisione, la scrupolosità, l'attenzione per la loro salute. Elementi che a mio parere valgono tutta l'attesa che è necessario ci sia in quanto si tratta di un centro medico e non di un centro estetico. Se non abbiamo fatto una visita di 200€, la colpa è da attribuire alle DUE SEGRETARIE. Appuntamento dopo 10 giorni per poi essere dette che non avevano inserito il cognome di mia madre. Abbiamo ribadito che avevamo parlato con la segretaria e accordato il tutto, ma la ragazza in questione non si è nemmeno scusata per l'errore, mentre l'altra ha detto categoricamente "deve prendere un altro appuntamento".
