★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lascia interdetti il fatto che telefonicamente non forniscano alcun tipo di informazione riguardo i loro corsi. Nè durata, nè qualità del personale docente, nè sui percorsi formativi o sui prezzi. Niete di niente, lavorano solo su appuntamento. Questo primo contatto scoraggia parecchio e non comunica certamente trasparenza.
The fact that they do not provide any type of information about their courses by telephone is not a problem. Neither duration, nor quality of the teaching staff, nor on training courses or prices. Nil of anything, they work by appointment only. This first contact is very discouraging and certainly does not communicate transparency.
