★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza sgradevolissima , oggi per fare una prenotazione invece di capire meglio come si scriveva il mio nome la signora ha deciso di scrivere:straniera , il quale ho trovato di una mancanza di professionalità incredibile , al telefono mi sono sentita dire che ero suscettibile, ma io penso che anche gli stranieri hanno un nome e cognome e anche se era un pre- prenotamento vanno trattati con rispetto, do una stella perché non si può dare 0 .

Un addetto senza ascoltare le mie richieste di informazioni su una mammografia da prenotare mi ha trattata come fossi un fastidio per lui. Superficiale, approssimativo e cafone. Ho preferito non affidarmi ad uno studio che già negli approcci con i pazienti paganti ha mostrato superficialità e maleducazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro radiologico fortemente SCONSIGLIATO, totalmente da EVITARE, ci sono tanti altri centri persino più comodi da raggiungere e senza problemi di parcheggio, data la zona centrale in cui si trova. Inoltre personale che si credono loro e niente più, autoritarie che si VESTONO DI POTERE, maleducati, cafoni, gente che dovrebbe fare dei corsi di accoglienza per relazionare col pubblico. E c'è molto altro ancora che non sto qui a dire... Per me possono chiudere. Prezzi molto alti non alla portata di tutti. È bene condividere le proprie esperienze sia positive che negative per aiutare la comunità. ?♂️?♂️?♂️

Oltre a tutti i problemi legati al degrado della location, alla mancanza di parcheggio, ecc..., abbiamo riscontrato freddezza assoluta e mancanza di accoglienza o spiegazioni adeguate da parte della reception ma soprattutto mancanza di organizzazione, ci hanno chiamato per anticipare l'appuntamento e poi senza rispettare gli orari, ci hanno fatto attendere più di un'ora...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 stella in quanto non è previsto lo zero, non ho effettuato nessuna visita, mi sono fermato al preliminare telefonico, pessimo, l' intercolutore evidentemente era a fine giornata. molto spocchiosa. mi sono sentito fastidioso, mal sopportato. forse la signora in questione dovrebbe fare dei corsi di formazione per relazionarsi meglio al telefono o evitare di rispondere.
