R	Rosa Ciavarella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver consultato e fatto curare il mio gatto da una veterinaria incompetente, ridotto in fin di vita ho affidato Ciro a questa clinica sinceramente con poche speranze a seguito di una terapia sbagliata che aveva portato il mio povero gatto a perdere 2 kg in una settimana; in poco tempo, grazie alla preparazione e all' amore per il loro lavoro, lo staff del Dott. Lattanzi, è riuscito a fare una diagnosi corretta e a guarire il mio gatto. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla Dottoressa Palumbo che ha salvato la vita al mio Ciro; non smetterò mai di dirle grazie !!! Per fortuna ci sono ancora cliniche che non pensano al loro interesse economico....siete unici. After consulting and having my cat treated by an incompetent veterinarian, reduced to death, I entrusted Ciro to this clinic sincerely with little hope following a wrong therapy that had led my poor cat to lose 2 kg in a week; in a short time, thanks to the preparation and the love for their work, the staff of Dr. Lattanzi, managed to make a correct diagnosis and to heal my cat. A special thanks goes to Dr. Palumbo who saved my Ciro's life; I will never stop saying thank you !!! Fortunately, there are still clinics that do not think about their economic interest ... you are unique.
F	Fracipp5 Petrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scorsa domenica la mia cagnolina di quasi 7 mesi è stata tristemente investita..sono arrivata lì in stato confusionale ed ho subito avuto una sensazione negativa, ho dovuto lasciare lì il mio cane in stato di emergenza e nn ho avuto una parola di conforto, ma solo un ricco preventivo che ho prontamente saldato. Nei giorni a seguire dove il mio cane rischiava la vita nn ho mai ricevuto una telefonata informativa, ho dovuto sempre chiamare io! Hanno eseguito il loro lavoro, il dottor Lattanzi nn l ho mai conosciuto, la dottoressa che ha seguito il caso ,di cui nn conosco il nome perché neanche si è presentata, ha fatto ciò che doveva e dopo ha tristemente descritto il mio cane cm un cane problematico, che ha subito in passato un trauma (ha 7 mesi nn ancora compiuti) ... Certo il trauma l ha subito 2 gg prima del ricovero essendo stata investita ! Ha perfino morso un operatrice ha detto! ... forse in alcune situazioni ci vuole un po' di umanità che personalmente nn ho ritrovato in questa clinica. Ho successivamente portato la mia cagnolina per la medicazione in altra clinica Dove l hanno coccolata come Fosse stata lì da sempre. Noi siamo andate via e la dottoressa dopo 2 gg di ricovero e un conto bello e salato nn ha neanche salutato la mia cucciola impaurita. Mi dispiace ma mi avete lasciato veramente un cattivo ricordo, avete curato solo l aspetto clinico per il resto vi do una stella . Sono stata lunga e nn ho detto tutto! A mai più! I arrived there in a daze and I immediately had a negative feeling, I had to leave my dog there in a state of emergency and I didn't have a word of comfort, but only a rich estimate that I promptly paid. In the days to follow where my dog risked his life I never received an information call, I always had to call! They performed their work, Dr. Lattanzi I never knew, the doctor who followed the case, whose name I don't know because she didn't even show up, did what she had to do and later sadly described my dog as one problematic dog, who has suffered a trauma in the past (he has 7 months yet not completed) ... Certainly the trauma has suffered 2 days before admission having been hit! He even bit an operator said! ... maybe in some situations it takes a bit of humanity that I personally didn't find in this clinic. I subsequently brought my little dog for dressing in another clinic where they have cuddled her as Fosse has always been there. We went away and the doctor after 2 days of hospitalization and a nice and salty account has not even greeted my frightened puppy. I am sorry but you have really left me with a bad memory, you have treated only the clinical aspect for the rest I give you a star. I was long and I didn't say it all! To never again!

Chloe aveva delle masse tumorali che insistevano sulle mammelle e un inizio di piometra. Così si è sottoposta ad un intervento molto delicato che è stato eseguito con una professionalità eccelsa . Tutte le mie paure sono state nebulizzate perché in pochissimo tempo ho ricevuto una foto di Chloe già vigile dopo l’intervento. Ora lei sta bene ha ripreso in pochissimo a fare tutto ciò che amava fare! Consiglio questa clinica per la grande professionalità e per l’immensa umanità che è davvero importante . Si tratta di persone competenti, oneste e con un grande animo. Grazie ❤️ I was lucky enough to entrust Chloe to Dr. Michele Lattanzi, after a careful selection of veterinarians in the area, I followed the advice of close friends and I could not have made a better choice. Chloe had tumors that persisted on the breasts and an onset of pyometra. So she underwent a very delicate operation which was performed with excellent professionalism. All my fears were sprayed because in a very short time I received a photo of Chloe already alert after the surgery. Now she is fine and in a very short time she resumed doing everything she loved to do! I recommend this clinic for its great professionalism and immense humanity which is really important. They are competent, honest and with a great spirit. Thanks ❤️

Sono stati sempre disponibili , attenti e preparati, ho avuto la diagnosi in poco tempo. Hanno accolto il mio gatto con tanto amore e dedizione, non avrei potuto chiedere di più. I brought my cat and unfortunately, even if the diagnosis was not very favorable, I met a place full of angels for our animals. They were always available, attentive and prepared, I had the diagnosis in no time. They welcomed my cat with so much love and dedication, I couldn't have asked for more.

Faccio seguire la mia Yorkshire da circa 8 anni, due operazioni andate a gonfie vele con il Dr Lattanzi. Ora, che è un po’ anzianotta, tutto lo staff di veterinari ci ha salvato più volte da situazioni precarie ed è sempre disponibilissimo ad ogni urgenza. Non li cambierei mai! Grazie I don't know a more human and professional clinic than Croce Azzurra. They have always been kind, friendly, ready to help. I have been following my Yorkshire for about 8 years, two operations that went well with Dr Lattanzi. Now, who is a little old, all the veterinary staff have saved us several times from precarious situations and are always very available to any urgency. I would never change them! Thank you

Sempre dolci e amorevoli, anche dopo una degenza di più giorni, ho ripreso il mio cane in ottime condizioni: sembrava era stato in vacanza! Fornisce un servizio 24/7, per me assolutamente indispensabile per un servizio sanitario (le emergenze non hanno orario di ufficio). I've been bringing my four-legged friends to them for years. In addition to professionalism and competence, I know how they treat patients. Always sweet and loving, even after a stay of several days, I took my dog back in excellent condition: it looked like he had been on vacation!
