La sala d'attesa e' una fornace sovrappopolata , e manca un minimo di senso estetico Che allieti questa infinita attesa. Le attrezzature ( non sono un esperto) mi sembrano alquanto antiquate, come un po' tutta la struttura. Il dottore dolcissimo (se bravo o meno non è mia competenza giudicare) ma per il resto nello studio regnano il caos totale, sgarbo e rozzezza. Non lo consiglio. Twice I went there and twice I regretted it. I thought the first one was a case but no. The sweet doctor (if good or not it is not my competence to judge) but for the rest in the study total chaos, rudeness and roughness reign. I don't recommend it.

Vuol dire che per questa struttura il nostro tempo non ha valore. Una signora dalle 1030 é entrata alle 16 io sono qui dalle 14 30 e dopo tre ore e 7 minuti sono alla frutta della mia pazienza. Vergognoso It does not take science to make appointments. This is disrespectful to patients. It means that for this structure our time has no value. A lady from 1030 entered at 16 I am here from 14 30 and after three hours and 7 minutes I am at the fruit of my patience. Shameful

Z	Zephyr Zep on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerco di prenotare un ecografia, la persona che si occupa degli appuntamenti e svolge il turno di mattina (chiamate il pomeriggio ve lo consiglio)si annota il mio numero dicendomi che mi fara' sapere... Mi richiama due giorni dopo alle 7 di mattina dicendomi "tra 10 / 15 min puoi venire?". ..:) Prendo un taxi e mi reco sul posto.....era tutto vuoto....dopo qualche minuto comincia ad arrivare gente e vengono tutti chiamati prima di me......alle 9 e 40 me ne sono andato......lascio a voi le conclusioni... Che il dottore sia bravo è fuori discussione.....ma credo che un frontoffice con centraliniste professionali ed appuntamenti piu' o meno precisi lo avrebbe dovuto valutare da tanto tempo.....anziche' oberare di lavoro un unica persona a gestire chiamate a gettito continuo....pur di risparmiare nonostante i fiumi di incassi... il modo arcaico di lavorare da parte di chi prende appuntamenti e le ore di attesa in vecchio stile sono cose che vanno riviste... credono che la gente non abbia nulla da fare o che sia li' ai comodi loro pur di ricevere l'agoniato esame dall'uomo d'esperienza... Non ho ancora capito perche' ho ricevuto urgenza a prima mattina....per poi attendere due ore e mezza.....l'unica spiegazione è che la segretaria stesse abbastanza confusa.... c'è anche da dire che, il personale tecnico non ha detto una parola alla sua dipendente dopo avermi visto attendere tanto tempo....o chiedere almeno un minimo di spiegazione Parliamo di salute a pagamento....e non di una pizza a tavolino I try to book an ultrasound, the person who takes care of the appointments and works the morning shift (call in the afternoon I recommend it) notes my number and tells me that he will let me know ... Nel frattempo arrivava gente, che non si sa perché, entrava direttamente in postazione. Nulla da dire sulla competenza, ma non si può solo fare leva sulla competenza per non rispettare gli orari e gestire chi meglio si vuole. Non ci tornerò mai più. Sconsigliatissimo. Ho visto gente in sala attendere fino a 4 ore. Anch'io ho dovuto aspettare più di 1 ora solo per il ritiro della radiografia - a detta del tecnico pronta 15 minuti dopo la presa immagine - e mi è andata bene. Secondo appuntamento invitata ad attendere al piano strada al freddo per 1 ora. Sono tornata a casa. Il dottore non è migliore di altri poco più lontani e maggiormente organizzati, ma soprattutto UMANI.
