People who undergo this exam may need more education

L	Logo Bag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato un’ora per una visita.. credendo ci fossero dei problemi ho chiesto alla segretaria se fosse tutto apposto e mi ha risposto che era normale poiché la dottoressa è un po’ lenta. A me non sembra normale aspettare così tanto in una clinica privata in cui paghi il servizio. I waited an hour for a visit .. believing there were problems, I asked the secretary if everything was alright and she replied that it was normal since the doctor is a bit slow. It doesn't seem normal to me to wait that long in a private clinic where you pay for the service.

U	Ugo Veneziani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 16 agosto 2021 ho accompagnato mio zio novantunenne a fare una TAC all'addome, la struttura è nuovissima e molto pulita, il personale estremamente gentile e paziente, la TAC è avvenuta all'orario previsto con la massima puntualità. Cinque stelle tutte meritate! On August 16, 2021 I accompanied my ninety-one year old uncle to do a CT scan of the abdomen, the structure is brand new and very clean, the staff extremely kind and patient, the CT scan took place at the scheduled time with the utmost punctuality. Five stars all deserved!

Arrivo puntuale nello studio, e mi chiedono di compilare un modulo nell'attesa. Passano 20 minuti , arriva una ragazza che mi dice che l'appuntamento era 10 minuti prima e che io ero arrivata in ritardo. Allora mostro il messaggio promemoria che mi hanno inviato, facendo constatare che io ero perfettamente in orario ma loro mi hanno Invitato a ritornare e mi hanno mandato via.. !!! Non ho parole!!! I made an appointment to do an MRI. The day before I get a reminder of the time I have to show up. I arrive on time in the studio, and they ask me to fill out a form while waiting. 20 minutes pass, a girl arrives and tells me that the appointment was 10 minutes before and that I was late. Then I show the reminder message that they sent me, making it clear that I was perfectly on time but they invited me to come back and they sent me away .. !!! I have no words!!!

Mi chiamano il pomeriggio prima annullandola perché la dottoressa doveva anticipare l'uscita per sue esigenze personali ( così mi ha detto al telefono la segretaria). Ho proposto invano di poterla anticipare. Mi ridanno appuntamento dopo altri 18 gg. Ho chiamato un altro centro e sono riuscito ad effettuarla il giorno dopo. Pessimo servizio, nemmeno la volontà di cercare una data più ravvicinata. Sconsigliatissimo, mi consola il fatto di non essere stato l'unico ad essere trattato così. 40 days of waiting for a non-specialist visit. I make an appointment. They called me the afternoon before canceling it because the doctor had to anticipate the exit for her personal needs (so the secretary told me on the phone). I have proposed in vain to be able to anticipate it. They give me an appointment again after another 18 days. I called another center and managed to do it the next day. Bad service, not even a willingness to look for a closer date. Not recommended, I am comforted by the fact that I was not the only one to be treated like this.

Macchina scadentissima e sicuramente vecchia; un biroccio su ciottolato vibra di meno e fa meno rumore. Impossibile rimanere chiusi per così lungo tempo. Nessun contatto con gli operatori durante lo svolgimento. Tempi previsti e modality sconosciuti. L’unica cosa silente e veloce, la fatturazione. I attempted to do upper and lower abdomen MRI with and without contrast. Very poor machine and certainly old; a cart on cobblestones vibrates less and makes less noise. Impossible to stay closed for such a long time. No contact with operators during the course. Expected times and unknown modalities. The only silent and fast thing, invoicing.
