★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro molto professionale, ad Ottobre ho avuto problemi con il Covid, sono stati molto disponibili e puntuali sia nel primo appuntamento che nei tempi di risposta del tampone.. il personale è stato visto l'attuale momento gentile e professionale mettendomi a mio agio.. consiglio vivamente questo centro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, pessima, pessima ,pessima pessima accoglienza... Sono entrata a chiedere un informazione per il medico chirurgo.... E la signora più in carne che sta li al accettazione (ufficio o segreteria che non si capisce che cosa e..) non e che mi ha risposto mi ha urlato, con dei modi assurdi,di una maleducazione e Caffonagine mai vista, ovviamente ho deciso di scegliere un altro centro medico, dove mi hanno trattato come e normale che sia.. . Con EDUCAZIONE e proffesionalita

Ammassati nell' androne retrostante del palazzo dove si trova l'entrata secondaria del centro analisi, mi era stato consigliato di coprirmi bene(detto da loro al telefono) ma il freddo in quella situazione dopo 2 ore ti entra nelle ossa,apertura 7,45 erano le 9 e nn era ancora entrato nessuno,con la scusante che erano molto impegnati.
Come centro analisi se nn siete in grado di dare un servizio (per il carico di lavoro che avete)nn fatelo.
Esperienza disumana.

Crowded in the rear entrance hall of the building where the secondary entrance of the analysis center is located, I was advised to cover myself well (told by them on the phone) but the cold in that situation gets into your bones after 2 hours, opening 7.45 it was 9 and no one had entered yet, with the excuse that they were very busy.
As an analysis center if you are not able to provide a service (for the workload you have) do not do it.
Inhuman experience.

Abbiamo fatto il tampone rapido martedì 13 ottobre un' ora e mezza di attesa in un androne, esposti a una corrente d' aria gelida, in inverno Ve lo sconsiglio, da tenere in considerazione la scelta di un centro analisi magari con una sala di attesa che abbia un posto un po' più riparato dal freddo e che possa ospitare in condizioni di sicurezza almeno i bambini ! Mio figlio di 11 anni si è ammalato, dovevamo avere la risposta per email in serata, ma hanno detto che avevano terminato i reagenti! Ma in un periodo di emergenza come questo COME SI FA A NON TENERE DELLE SCORTE? Il responsabile di un' azienda che si rispetti non resterebbe mai senza scorte!! Ieri per telefono ci hanno detto che è negativo al COVID, ma per portarlo dal pediatra abbiamo bisogno di una risposta scritta, che ad oggi non è arrivata, il motivo? NON FUNZIONA LA MAIL! Mio figlio ha una fortissima trachete, e noi non possiamo farlo visitare! Se per questo pomeriggio non arriva una risposta scritta partirà una denuncia.
Poor professionalism! We did the quick swab on Tuesday 13 October an hour and a half of waiting in an entrance hall, exposed to a cold draft of air, in winter I do not recommend it, to consider the choice of an analysis center perhaps with a waiting room that it has a place a little more sheltered from the cold and that can accommodate at least children in safety conditions! My 11 year old got sick, we were supposed to have the answer by email in the evening, but they said they ran out of reagents! But in a period of emergency like this HOW DO YOU NOT KEEP STOCKS? The manager of a self-respecting company would never run out of stock !! Yesterday by phone they told us that it is negative for COVID, but to take it to the pediatrician we need a written answer, which has not yet arrived, the reason? THE MAIL DOES NOT WORK! My son has a very strong trachete, and we can't see him! If a written reply does not arrive this afternoon, a complaint will be launched.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lenti da far paura... Sono uscito che era primavera. Gravemente sotto organico, non si può aspettare 40 e piú minuti solo per pagare avendo 4 persone davanti. GLI esami si fanno in Modo discretamente veloce, ma il tempo complessivamente è 5% Di "azione" 95 attesa. Male male male
