Da quando mi sono rivolta per la prima volta a loro ho risparmiato ore di attesa e personale sbrigativo e gente scortese che incontri la mattina presto in attesa delle analisi. Adesso me le faccio fare a casa. Attenzione solo alla signora che si occupa del ritiro dei risultati: è un po' lenta, andateci quando non avete fretta! Highly recommended. Since I first turned to them, I saved hours of waiting and hasty staff and rude people you meet early in the morning waiting for the analysis. Now I'll have them done at home. Attention only to the lady who takes care of the withdrawal of the results: it is a bit slow, go there when you are not in a hurry!

E al telefono ovviamente non rispondono. I would say disorganized. I go at 7.30 for covid buffer and, after 45 minutes of waiting they tell me that they start at 11. Obviously not even a sign. And obviously they don't answer on the phone.
