★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo centro per effettuare laser terapia. Mi sono trovata molto bene con la fisioterapista. Non posso dire altrimenti per quanto riguarda l'organizzazione nella reception, versioni diverse per quanto riguarda il tipo di pagamento, si inceppa sempre qualcosa, stampante ecc... Se c'è un impiegato deve pensare a fare mille cose, mentre gli altri attendono già da tempo, per non parlare poi che quando si entra e si saluta stanno a parlare sempre fra loro e neppure alzano lo sguardo. Personalmente mi é capitato di recarmi puntuale a uno degli appuntamenti x effettuare la terapia, al momento del mio turno, esce dal suo ambulatorio un fisioterapista che con molta superficialità prende l'apparecchio laser e fa entrare una cliente (spero con appuntamento) che era arrivata dopo di me.. A questo punto a cosa serve prende appuntamento? I fisioterapisti potrebbero almeno valutare fra di loro il da farsi. Esperienza negativa. Spero per loro che rivedano un po' il tutto...
I went to this center for laser therapy. I got along very well with the physiotherapist. I cannot say otherwise as regards the organization in the reception, different versions as regards the type of payment, something always jams, printer etc ... If there is an employee he has to think about doing a thousand things, while the others wait for some time, not to mention that when you enter and say hello they are always talking to each other and not even looking up. Personally I happened to go on time to one of the appointments to carry out the therapy, at the time of my shift, a physiotherapist comes out of his surgery who very superficially takes the laser device and lets in a client (I hope with an appointment) who had arrived after me .. At this point what is the use of making an appointment? Physiotherapists could at least consider what to do with each other. Bad experience. I hope for them that they review everything a bit ...

Mi sono rivolta a loro per me e mio marito. Io avevo un problema al GINOCCHIO e volevo fare anche delle lezioni di ACQUAGYM per tenermi in forma… adesso per fortuna (anzi per bravura) ho trovato e risolto il mio fastidio e ogni settimana mi dedico un po’ di tempo in piscina (acqua calda stupenda!)! Mio marito invece, dopo la visita specialistica, si è operato alla SPALLA; grazie all’ottimo lavoro in sala operatoria e alle successive TERAPIE CON I FISIOTERAPISTI di Rigenera il recupero è andato nel migliore dei modi e adesso sta benissimo!

I turned to them for my husband and me. I had a problem with my KNEE and I also wanted to do some ACQUAGYM lessons to keep me in shape ... now fortunately (indeed for skill) I have found and solved my annoyance and every week I dedicate some time in the pool (wonderful hot water !)! My husband, on the other hand, after the specialist visit, underwent an operation on the SHOULDER; thanks to the excellent work in the operating room and the subsequent THERAPIES WITH THE PHYSIOTHERAPISTS of Rigenera, the recovery went in the best possible way and now she is fine!
