★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento il Centro Hera di Civitanova Marche da oltre 2 anni.Cristiano e Paola ,grazie a terapie orientali che conoscevo solo parzialmente ,unite ad un approccio che non esclude affatto i trattamenti più familiari di tipo occidentale,hanno risolto più di un problema fisico che mi tormentava letteralmente da anni.Nel tempo io ed anche mia moglie siamo diventati grandi sostenitori del Centro Hera , delle terapie che il Centro offre e regolarmente facciamo un controllo totale della nostra condizone fisica , condizione che è migliorata notevolmente anche grazie alla pratica della meditazione,cosiddetta dei Cuori gemelli (da provare almeno una volta nella vita!), che regolarmente pratichiamo a casa e direttamente al Centro Hera, tutti i martedi sera alle 20,30.Grazie infinite Cristiano e Paola.....Supeconsigliato davvero a tutti!!
I have been attending the Hera Center of Civitanova Marche for over 2 years. Christian and Paola, thanks to oriental therapies that I knew only partially, combined with an approach that does not exclude at all the more familiar western-type treatments, have solved more than one physical problem that it had literally been tormenting for years. Over time, my wife and I also became great supporters of the Hera Center, of the therapies that the Center offers and we regularly do a total check of our physical condition, a condition that has greatly improved thanks to the practice of meditation, so-called of the Twin Hearts (to try at least once in your life!), which we regularly practice at home and directly at the Hera Center, every Tuesday evening at 8.30pm. Thank you very much Cristiano and Paola ..... Supeconsigliato really to everyone !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente un centro in cui si fondono la medicina occidentale con la medicina olistica/energetica, senza demonizzare ne l'una ne l'altra.
Ovviamente grande esperienza di meditazione gratuita il martedì sera alle 20:30, come servizio per la società.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soffrivo di mal di schiena,sinusite e sbalzi ormonali .Cristiano e Paola, responsabili del Centro Hera, . con terapie fisioterapiche unite al riequilibrio energetico tramite le tecniche del Pranic Healing hanno risolto le mie problematiche di salute ed ho intrapreso anche un percorso di crescita personale che mi ha già cambiato la vita in meglio e pratico regolarmente le meditazioni apprese, oltre a frequentare il Centro Hera dove ho trovato grandi amici e tanta serenità d'animo.Grazie al Centro Hera sono oggi una donna felice nel fisico e nello spirito.
I suffered from back pain, sinusitis and hormonal changes. Cristiano and Paola, responsible for the Hera Center,. with physiotherapy therapies combined with energy rebalancing through Pranic Healing techniques have solved my health problems and I have also embarked on a path of personal growth that has already changed my life for the better and I regularly practice the meditations I learned, in addition to attending the Center Hera where I found great friends and so much serenity of spirit. Thanks to the Hera Center I am today a happy woman in both physical and spiritual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fisioterapia, Massaggi, Ginnastica e Pranic Healing sono la perfetta combinazione per la guarigione di corpo, mente e spirito. Uno dei rari centri in cui la medicina orientale è complementare a quella occidentale. Il centro mette a disposizione la sua sala ogni martedì alle 20:30 per la Meditazione sui cuori gemelli, una tecnica per la cura delle ansie, dello stress e un servizio per l'intera società! Ottimo!
Physiotherapy, Massage, Gymnastics and Pranic Healing are the perfect combination for healing body, mind and spirit. One of the rare centers in which Oriental medicine is complementary to Western medicine. The center offers its hall every Tuesday at 8.30 pm for the meditation on twin hearts, a technique for the treatment of anxieties, stress and a service for the whole society! Great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando ho iniziato a frequentare il Centro Hera, piu di due anni fa, avevo già provato alcune terapie per diversi tipi di fastidi che mi affligevano. Cristiano e Paola, con una combinazione di tecniche orientali e medicina convenzionale, mi hanno dato le risorse per risolvere finalmente questi problemi. Inoltre, presso il Centro è possibile seguire pratiche di meditazione, in particolare consiglio a tutti la Meditazione sui Cuori Gemelli, aperta a tutti ogni martedi sera: assolutamente da provare.
When I started attending the Hera Center, more than two years ago, I had already tried some therapies for different types of problems that plagued me. Cristiano and Paola, with a combination of oriental techniques and conventional medicine, gave me the resources to finally solve these problems. Moreover, at the Center it is possible to follow meditation practices, in particular I recommend to all the Meditation on the Twin Hearts, open to everyone every Tuesday evening: a must try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco e frequento il centro Hera da otto anni. In quel periodo avevo un forte mal di schiena e cercavo qualche alternativa all'assunzione di farmaci. Già dal primo trattamento di pranic healing mi sono sentita benissimo. Da allora ho frequentato corsi e meditazioni che mi hanno aiutano in una crescita personale di consapevolezza, ho imparato a gestire lo stress e ad affrontare i problemi quotidiani con più distacco e serenità.
Ogni martedi sera partecipo alla meditazione Cuori Gemelli, che è gratuita ed aperta a tutti, dove ci si ricarica di energia e di amore.
I have known and attended the Hera center for eight years. At that time I had severe back pain and was looking for some alternative to taking drugs. From the first treatment of pranic healing I felt very well. Since then I have attended courses and meditations that have helped me in a personal growth of awareness, I have learned to manage stress and to face everyday problems with more detachment and serenity.
Every Tuesday evening I participate in the Cuori Gemelli meditation, which is free and open to everyone, where you can recharge your energy and love.
