Fatto presso di loro la mattina, alle 5 del pomeriggio ancora non avevo ricevuto il codice per il green pass, quando invece fatto in farmacia l'ho ricevuto nel giro di 10 minuti! Oltretutto il personale allo sportello e quello che ha risposto al telefono è stato alquanto sgarbato. For a quick swab go elsewhere. Siccome le informazioni che mi occorrono sono urgenti, chiamo al cellulare più volte e non risponde nessuno. Richiamo al fisso alle 9.30 e resto in attesa (invitato ad attendere dalla voce automatica) fino alle 10, perchè l'operatore è occupato. Riaggancio. Richiamo 5 minuti dopo ma l'operatore è sempre occupato.. resto in attesa fino alle 10.15. Riprovo al cellulare ma nulla, nessuna risposta. Quindi la mia recensione è riferita alla modalità di fornire informazioni agli utenti (cioè pari a zero). Per il resto se riuscirò a parlarci per andare a fare degli esami, vi farò sapere. Laboratorio ben tenuto e ben organizzato (buona gestione della coda e degli accessi) e personale molto disponibile. Come riportato dal sito, è stato possibile effettuare un tampone molecolare nella sede di Civitanova anche senza prenotazione (salvo esaurimento scorte). Tempi di refertazione molto rapidi, addirittura esiti disponibili il giorno stesso per tamponi molecolari. Great place to take swabs, both rapid and molecular. Well maintained and well organized laboratory (good queue and access management) and very helpful staff. As reported by the site, it was possible to carry out a molecular swab at the Civitanova site even without a reservation (subject to stock exhaustion). Very fast reporting times, even results available the same day for molecular swabs.
