★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I medici radiologi sono preparati e cortesi così come gli addetti alla reception. Non è così per i tecnici radiologi, alcuni dei quali specie quelli di sesso femminile, sono molto sgarbati e per nulla attenti alle esigenze degli ammalati. Non ve lo consiglio.
The radiologists are trained and courteous as well as the receptionists. This is not the case for radiological technicians, some of whom especially those of the female sex, are very rude and not at all attentive to the needs of the sick. I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante una densitometria non hanno permesso di accompagnare mia madre che ha più di 80 anni e necessita di assistenza. In particolare una dottoressa della struttura molto scortese è stata intransigente sostenendo che con lei non vince nessuno.
Ma non era una gara, era una necessità. Mia madre ha dovuta svestirsi da sola con tutte le difficoltà del caso. Quando non sono capaci di accogliere le persone anziane che hanno bisogno di assistenza, dovrebbero manifestarlo anticipatamente in modo da rivolgersi ad altre strutture più accoglienti con gli anziani non autonomi. Assolutamente sconsigliato per gli over 80 non autonomi.
During a densitometry they were not allowed to accompany my mother who is over 80 and in need of assistance. In particular, a very rude doctor of the facility was uncompromising saying that no one wins with her.
But it wasn't a race, it was a necessity. My mother had to undress herself with all the difficulties involved. When they are unable to accommodate elderly people who need assistance, they should manifest it in advance so that they can turn to other more welcoming structures with non-autonomous elderly people. Absolutely not recommended for non-autonomous over 80s.
