Avevo chiesto, per un crono automatico cal.12 anni 70, la sostituzione di 2 lancette in quanto una purtroppo danneggiata e la revisione. Dopo settimane di attesa e soldi spesi ho ricevuto un orologio danneggiato, con una sola lancetta sostituita completamente errata per quel tipo di orologio e in seguito ho scoperto, andando da orologiai professionisti, non revisionato. La parte peggiore è che non si sono fatti carico delle loro responsabilità dicendomi che l'orologio era "vecchio" e quindi con problemi, chiedendomi di uscire dal negozio se venuto per lamentarmi. Quindi ripeto, a ognuno il suo mestiere: Gioielli in gioielleria, orologi in orologeria. Concludo dicendo che il suddetto orologio fortunatamente è stato riparato da professionisti del settore e ad oggi perfettamente funzionante. Hanno provveduto alla riparazione sostituendo la parte rotta con un nuovo anellino fissato direttamente sulla piastrina tramite un foro. Senza che sapessi nulla però hanno sostituito anche il moschettone (perfettamente funzionante) con uno più grande perché secondo loro il mio era rovinato, chiedendo quindi un sovrapprezzo per 1,1 g d’oro vecchio. In realtà gli accordi erano che con la parte di piastrina rotta (0,7g) avrebbero dovuto coprire i costi del piccolo anellino molto più leggero e le spese per la lavorazione in laboratorio. Cosi non è stato e mi sono sentito dare addirittura de pezzente con frasi tipo “il panino a pranzo me lo compro lo stesso” e “non mi cambiano la vita 1,1 grammi d’oro vecchio”. Molto educatamente ho pagato 20€ per la lavorazione anche se non erano questi i patti e me ne sono andato per non ritornarci mai più. Veramente scorretti e arroganti. Zero professionalità! Mi avevano assicurato che non sarebbe stata toccata, invece alla consegna era stata tagliata senza che mi avessero avvisato.
