Volevamo acquistare uno specifico orologio e solo dopo avermelo fatto pagare si sono accorti che non funzionava la batteria. Dopodiché mi hanno fatto perdere 40 minuti cercando inutilmente di contattare ulteriori negozi in cui IO in caso sarei dovuta recarmi con un buono che neanche si sapeva se avrei potuto utilizzare. Successivamente non trovando questo articolo disponibile negli altri negozi hanno pensato di proporci di cambiare loro la batteria facendogli perdere l'impermeabilità, ovviamente facendomelo comunque pagare a prezzo pieno. Siamo veramente amareggiate per l'accaduto, menomale che su amazon lo abbiamo trovato a 10€ di meno! L'unica nota positiva è che comunque per correttezza mi sono stati restituiti i soldi. Today 02/24/2022, I went to this shop to make a birthday present for my sister (present with me). We wanted to buy a specific watch and only after making me pay for it did they realize that the battery was not working. After that they made me waste 40 minutes trying in vain to contact other shops where I would have to go with a voucher that you didn't even know if I could use. Later, not finding this item available in other stores, they decided to offer us to change the battery making them lose their waterproofing, obviously making me pay full price for it anyway. We are really saddened by what happened, luckily on amazon we found it for 10 € less! The only positive note is that in any case, for the sake of fairness, the money was returned to me.
