★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho fatto un viaggio dall'altra parte di Roma per acquistare un regalo da loro ma ho trovato una maleducazione vergognosa da parte delle commesse del negozio che non si sono nemmeno degnate di aiutarmi facendomi vagare nel negozio ignorandomi per quasi 20 minuti facendosi i fatti loro ed erano ben in 3!. Non degne di lavorare sicuramente in una catena come Swarovski che come catena in sè è meravigliosa.
 I made a trip to the other side of Rome to buy a gift from them but I found a shameful rudeness on the part of the shop assistants who did not even deign to help me by wandering in the shop ignoring me for almost 20 minutes getting their facts and they were well in 3 !. It is certainly not worthy of working in a chain like Swarovski which is wonderful in itself.

Mio marito mi ha regalato 3 bracciali con il magnete per l’anniversario, due dei quali si sono rotti dopo averli indossati 2 volte.
Li ho portati al negozio perché in garanzia, ma quando sono andata a ritirarli mi hanno fatto un buono per uno solo dei bracciali, mentre l’altro me lo hanno restituito rotto!
La commessa di una maleducazione e arroganza inaudita.
Non ci metterò mai più piede.

My husband gave me 3 bracelets with the magnet for the anniversary, two of which broke after wearing them twice.
I brought them to the shop because they were under warranty, but when I went to collect them they made me a voucher for only one of the bracelets, while the other returned it broken!
The order of unheard of rudeness and arrogance.
I will never set foot there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo periodo probabilmente bisognerebbe fare più attenzione alla prova di prodotti a contatto con le mani.. soprattutto per gli anelli. Nessuna richiesta di igienizzazione nè all'ingresso, nè alla prova.
In this period, you should probably pay more attention to the test of products in contact with the hands .. especially for rings. No request for sanitation neither at the entrance, nor at the test.
