Sono tornata in negozio per chiedere di poter aggiungere qualche maglia (di ferraglia) in più, scoprendo che avrei dovuto pagare per questo aggiustamento. Mi è stato infatti detto che la collana originale presentava dei nodini di cuoio tra una perlina e l'altra e che il"concetto" di rinfilarla era completamente diverso. Mi sta bene, ma avrei gradito che chi ha preso in carico la mia richiesta di lavorazione mi avesse avvisato che semplicemente rinfilandola la collana poteva diventare più corta. Magari avrei persino potuto decidere di spendere di più per un servizio di cui almeno sarei rimasta soddisfatta. I feedback sono strumenti per migliorare, vi consiglio di fare consulenza perché voi siete gli esperti, non i clienti!
