Il nostro è stato un acquisto effettuato poco prima dei giorni indicati, il cambio è stato chiesto il 27 (nei cartelli si indicava il 28 come termine ultimo ma noi non si sa in quale casistica rientravamo). Alla richiesta di parlare con il responsabile ci è stato detto "non c'è mai". Poor customer focus: they denied us a change of a gift without specifying the reasons, or the terms. Sono così andata ai granai e precisamente al negozio qui recensito. Oltre alla professionalità e gentilezza, ho apprezzato molto le direttive adottate sulla sicurezza, ho trovato la proprietaria che dopo aver finito di servire una cliente che era prima di me mi ha fatto attendere per pulire il piano di appoggio dove poi avrei visionato i vari articoli. Durante la mia scelta entrambe abbiamo indossato la mascherina e gli oggetto sono stati provati indossando prima una pellicola trasparente dove indossare l'articolo.
