Intervento effettuato in meno di 1 ora da personale preparato gentile e cortese.... la batteria funziona perfettamente. Il tutto ad un prezzo molto contenuto. Consiglio vivamente. Preferisco comunque affidarmi a loro sia per via della caduta che per paura che in assistenza venga resettato in fase di riparazione. Il giorno dopo L’operatore analizza il problema è mi ricontatta comunicando che il problema è riconducibile al connettore che va sostituito. Viene cambiato il pezzo al prezzo di € 79. Il 30 novembre - dopo 1 mese esatto - il telefono ripresenta la medesima anomalia, non si ricarica. Il giorno dopo mi reco nuovamente al punto vendita e l’operatore, allontanandosi con il telefono per aprirlo afferma all’istante ‘sto coso è caduto peró’ riportando con se telefono e un chip volante! Dopo aver sostenuto fermamente il contrario, l’operatore adduce questa volta il problema alla scheda madre e in questo caso non ci può far nulla! In sostanza medesima anomalia riconducibile secondo l’operatore a due problematiche ben distinte che si sono però verificate entrambe a distanza di un mese (prima connettore e dopo un mese scheda madre). Concludendo telefono da buttare/ricomprare e spesi € 79 per una riparazione non necessaria o mai avvenuta! Ps. La scena del chip volante è stata meritevole di Oscar! Pps. Dimenticavo, l’operatore non è neanche riuscito a rimontare tutti i pezzi smontati riconsegnando separatamente il chip dell’impronta digitale! I forgot, the operator was not even able to reassemble all the disassembled pieces by returning the fingerprint chip separately!

In questo centro assistenza sono stati in grado di recuperarmela con una professionalità ed una gentilezza che è raro trovare (e non mi hanno fatto nemmeno pagare). Tornerò sicuramente presso questo centro appena mi capiterà qualche problema con i miei futuri cellulari. Consigliatissimo ! I could not free my SIM from the internal door of my Xiaomi phone and in an attempt to do so, the special wire that is usually used broke. In this service center they were able to recover it with a professionalism and a kindness that is rare to find (and they didn't even charge me). I will definitely return to this center as soon as I have some problems with my future cell phones. Highly recommended!
