★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff maleducato sono dei ladroni o pattuito per un appartamento in affitto e poi mi a preso in giro e anno rubato più di 1000 euro ora o fatto una denuncia e ora sto per vie legali lo sconsiglio vivamente
 Rude staff are thieves or agreed for a rented apartment and then I got teased and stolen more than 1000 euros now or made a complaint and now I am going through legal channels I strongly advise against it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AGENZIA da cancellare dalla lista delle agenzie TECNOCASA di Roma.Pessimo servizio offerto dai conduttori e dagli agenti che vi lavorano!!!!!!All'incontro per visitare l'immobile ,tante belle promesse e tempi non rispettati!!!!!!!!
Tale inadempienza ha comportato una seria perdita di denaro per l'attivita' della scrivente, elemento da non sottovalutare e da perseguire legalmente!!!

In 7 mesi non sono stati capaci di propormi neanche una offerta salvo poi, a ridosso dell'estate, presentarmi una persona che ho scoperto solo successivamente essere nota alle forze dell'ordine in quanto passa da un appartamento ad un altro, gia' arredato per poi subaffittare (in violazione del contratto di affitto) su Easystanza e Subito.It, posti letto. Ad oggi sono rientrata in possesso dell'appartamento solo perché questa persona se ne è andata spontaneamente in quanto ha trovato un altro appartamento. In conclusione: l'ho denunciato alla polizia per gravi fatti che sono avvenuti in casa mia che hanno sconvolto la vita di un condomino tranquillo; sono in causa perché non mi ha mai pagato l'affitto (al momento della stipula davanti alla Tecnocasa mi ha consegnato 2 assegni scoperti uno per la prima mensilità e uno per la caparra); la Tecnocasa alla quale ho pagato la provvigione per questo "eccellente " servizio di selezione, mi continua a rilasciare i suoi depliant pubblicitari davanti alla porta dell'appartamento appena liberato e lo stesso agente è venuto nel condominio dove abito a proporre i suoi servizi (ma ormai in tanti sanno della mia vicenda e io non mi stancherò mai di raccontarla).

Loro spiccano per l'onestà con la quale cercano davvero di mediare una trattativa nel rispetto delle parti. Sicuramente se dovessi vendere o mettere in affitto mi affiderei a loro.
