E’ stata fatta la giusta valutazione dell’immobile, pienamente in linea con l’andamento del mercato. Sono stato soddisfatto di come è stato pubblicizzato l’appartamento, di come sono state condotte le numerose visite e le trattative con i possibili acquirenti. Ma la competenza e l’assistenza di REMAX/FUTURA si è maggiormente dimostrata nel saper affrontare alcuni problemi (che ritenevo risolti da anni) con il Catasto e con il Comune. Il sig. Maurizio GENTILI di REMAX, che ringrazio tantissimo, ci ha seguito costantemente ed ha saputo gestire con professionalità una complessa situazione, trovando le soluzioni più adatte nonostante i vergognosi tempi di risposta degli Uffici Pubblici.
