A quel punto i titolari si sono fatti in quattro, e quando dico in quattro, significa che mi hanno seguito sempre, senza demordere, richiedendo alla casa madre uno storno, per quanto pagato ingiustamente in più. Bene, dopo qualche settimana ci sono riusciti, restituendomi le somme in più, una cosa questa che difficilmente mi è capitata di incontrare in altre situazioni simili, dove mi sono sempre sentito dire, che l'errore era mio... In particolare il mio ringraziamento più grosso va a Marco, una persona davvero gentile e sempre attenta al cliente, che mi ha seguito fin all'inizio, ma lo stesso va comunque fatto a tutta la squadra: davvero continuate sempre così, perché di persone gentili e disponibili se ne trovano sempre di meno oramai. Ormai personalmente siete il riferimento per i noleggi di zona e potrò solo parlare bene di voi, con chiunque me lo chieda.
