The staffs are very friendly and check the car or our country's 2 checks! The first way to start, the second way to reverse (of course not manual, but if you can't check if the price difference is evil) ^^

La cosa ironica Γ¨ che lo chiedono per vettura sostitutiva che mi spetta di diritto.
E ho perso 40 minuti dietro qualcuno che mi ha liquidato dicendomi che lui non rischia il posto di lavoro per me.
Cambiate lavoro
Claim for a pay check and last bill.
The ironic thing is that they ask for a replacement car that I am entitled to.
And I lost 40 minutes behind someone who liquidated me and told me he didn't risk my job for me.

β β β β β Evitateli. Oggi ho preso una macchina da loro ma ho avuto una marea di problemi. Nonostante fosse prenotata con catene da neve ne era sprovvista. Mi sono state fornite di dimensioni errate. Quando ho fatto notare che erano errate sono stato anche preso in giro perchΓ© lβaddetto le giudicava inutili e mi sono dovuto giustificare dichiarando le destinazioni che avrei dovuto raggiungere. Dopo 7km si Γ¨ accesa la spia di pressione dei pneumatici, la soluzione Γ¨ stata mandarmi allβAVIS di Roma Termini, chiusa o tornare da un gommista lβindomani (erano le 18). Per parlare con lβassistenza ci sono volute 3 solleciti. Non Γ¨ stato possibile prenotare una macchina la sera stessa (alle 19.15 non rispondeva nessuno neanche a FCO). Le soluzioni sono o rimanere senza auto (trainata presso il deposito), rimanere con una auto danneggiata o cambiarmi io la gomma. Semplicemente vergognoso
Avoid them. I got a car from them today but I had a lot of problems. Although it was booked with snow chains, it didn't have one. I have been given the wrong size. When I pointed out that they were wrong, I was also teased because the clerk deemed them useless and I had to justify myself by declaring the destinations I should have reached. After 7km the tire pressure warning light came on, the solution was to send me to AVIS in Rome Termini, closed or go back to a tire dealer the next day (it was 6pm). It took 3 reminders to speak to assistance. It was not possible to book a car that same evening (at 7.15 pm no one answered even to FCO). The solutions are either to be without a car (towed to the depot), to be left with a damaged car or to change the tire myself. Simply shameful
