Mi danno una vettura poco pulita e con un serbatoio pieno a 5 ottavi. Alle mie rimostranze l' incaricato della consegna mi riferiva che la vettura era così e che, al momento della riconsegna, avrei dovuto lasciare il serbatoio con i fatidici 5 ottavi, cosa non.facile. Oggi, giorno della riconsegna, mi reco al distributore per riportare il serbatoio ai famosi 5 ottavi, il benzinaio mette 10 euro di carburante ma l' indicatore non si muove assolutamente allora, per evitare problemi, chiedo altri 10 euro di carburante ma l' indicatore è sempre immobile. Arrivata a Ciampino mi reco nell' ufficio della Win Rent dove trovo l' incaricato sig. Enzo che mi ascolta e, con professionalità e cura del cliente, si adopera per risolvere il problema. Conclusione, l' indicatore non funzionava perfettamente e, al posto dei 5 ottavi, ho riconsegnato la vettura con 7 ottavi di carburante. Dimenticavo di dire che nel contratto avevo espressamente richiesto serbatoio pieno/pieno. Once in Ciampino I go to the Win Rent office where I find the person in charge Mr. Enzo who listens to me and, with professionalism and customer care, does all he can to solve the problem. Conclusion, the indicator did not work perfectly and, instead of the 5 eighths, I returned the car with 7 eighths of fuel. I forgot to mention that in the contract I had expressly requested full / full tank.

Grande disponibilità del personale al desk; ottima l'offerta proposta.. In meno di un quarto d'ora ho svolto tutta la pratica; l'auto (una Jeep Renegade 1.0) mi è stata consegnata appena lavata e sanificata e con meno di 2.000 km percorsi. Consigliatissimo! Great helpfulness of the staff at the desk; excellent offer proposed .. In less than a quarter of an hour I have done all the practice; the car (a Jeep Renegade 1.0) was delivered to me as soon as it was washed and sanitized and with less than 2,000 km traveled. Il personale fa il suo dovere niente di eccezionale. One day I discovered WinRent and since then i've been more than happy with them. I've been in the Eur place many times and my experience has been always positive. Cars are new, clean and with very competitive prices. The team is great and will do everything to make the best deal they can!
