L'ennesima cosa pubblica che non funziona.
 We are not. I have been waiting for almost 3 years for a call from the head of the Municipality to talk about a problem concerning my son. This obviously doesn't interest me anymore since my son is now in third grade!
Yet another public thing that doesn't work.
