Sempre disponibile e molto professionale, ha trovato in meno di un mese un inquilino che rispondesse a tutte le caratteristiche da me desiderate concludendo la locazione al prezzo inizialmente indicato. Servizio eccellente in ogni fase della locazione, dalla preparazione dell’annuncio e ricerca dell’ inquilino fino alla chiusura del contratto a canone concordato di cui si é occupato direttamente con la sua agenzia. Altamente consigliato.
Alessandro followed me for the rental of my apartment at the EUR. Always available and very professional, in less than a month he found a tenant who met all the characteristics I wanted, concluding the lease at the price initially indicated. Excellent service at every stage of the lease, from the preparation of the announcement and the search for the tenant to the closing of the agreed rent contract which he dealt with directly with his agency. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dare una recensione negativa data la mia esperienza personale che espongo qui di seguito. Prendo un appuntamento per vedere un appartamento in affitto che mi interessa. Il primo giorno in cui ufficialmente iniziano le visite mi viene detto che sono il primo a visitarlo e manifesto subito il mio interesse. Mi viene detto di aspettare. Il giorno seguente consegno l'assegno come deposito e firmo la proposta di locazione con l'agenzia; non mi viene sollevato nessun tipo di impedimento alla sua futura accettazione avendo accolto tutte le richieste del proprietario e dell'agenzia. Nonostante ciò, l'annuncio riguardante l'affitto non viene tolto dal sito nè aggiornato con lo stato di trattativa in corso come ci si aspetterebbe. Anzi, il giorno lavorativo seguente, l'annuncio viene arricchito con nuove informazioni e viene addirittura pagato un importo per darne più visiblità sui motori di ricerca (scorrettezza professionale ai massimi livelli). In seguito, passando una settimana nel silenzio più totale da parte dell'agenzia circa l'esito della mia proposta e quindi diventando essa non più valida, chiamo il titolare dell'agenzia per spiegazioni e mi viene riferito in utlima battuta che è stata accolta un'altra proposta... Se già era stata ricevuta una proposta perchè non mi è stato detto subito? Come fa ad aver ricevuto un'altra proposta se l'appartamento non era visitabile? Reputo tale comportamento profondamente scorretto e non professionale.
Unfortunately I have to give a negative review given my personal experience which I set out below. I make an appointment to see a rented apartment that interests me. The first day the visits officially begin, I am told that I am the first to visit it and immediately show my interest. I am told to wait. The following day I deliver the check as a deposit and sign the rental proposal with the agency; I am not relieved of any kind of impediment to its future acceptance having accepted all the requests of the owner and the agency. Despite this, the announcement regarding the rent is not removed from the site nor updated with the status of the negotiation in progress as one would expect. Indeed, the following working day, the advertisement is enriched with new information and an amount is even paid to make it more visible on search engines (professional misconduct at the highest levels). Subsequently, spending a week in total silence on the part of the agency about the outcome of my proposal and therefore becoming no longer valid, I call the owner of the agency for explanations and I am told in the end that a other proposal ... If a proposal had already been received, why wasn't I told right away? How did you get another offer if the apartment was not open to visitors? I consider this to be profoundly incorrect and unprofessional.
