Avevo un problema relativo alla spedizione di un reso e sono stata assistita da personale preciso e disponibile a venire incontro alle mie richieste e a disservizi di altri fornitori . Sono entrata dopo aver aspettato 40 numeri davanti a me avevo con me 2 bimbe piccole, sono entrata appena era scattato il numero successivo e mi hanno detto dopo 1 ora e mezza di attesa e con due figlie a seguito di dover riprendere il numero. La direttrice con arroganza mi ha detto chiama pure i carabinieri....il posto fisso questo è... Pure rudeness, the manager does not speak the worst. I entered after waiting 40 numbers in front of me I had 2 small girls with me, I entered as soon as the next number was triggered and they told me after 1 and a half hours of waiting and with two daughters following that I had to take the number back. The director arrogantly told me to call the carabinieri .... this is the permanent position ...

Sono state gentilissime le due operatrici e anche veloci e competenti. Davvero soddisfatta. I was in this post office for a very long operation and they even served me at two counters because I was with my husband and we had to open two booklets at the same time. The two operators were very kind and also fast and competent. Really satisfied.

Sinceramente mai trovato prima un personale ben preparato, efficiente, accogliente, gentile, empatico, disponibile come lo sono loro. Complimenti per il lavoro che svolgete giorno dopo giorno. Che dire! È una fortuna per me avervi scoperto. Io in questa zona ci lavoro, ma se devo fare qualcosa alle poste ormai vengo solo da voi. Grazie per tutto quello che fate per noi clienti e per il bellissimo sorriso con cui ci accogliete. I have been going to this post office for more than 2 years now. Honestly, never before have I found a well-trained, efficient, welcoming, kind, empathetic, helpful staff as they are. Congratulations on the work you do day after day. What to say! C’è una vera e propria “macchietta” tra i “lavoratori” dell ufficio poi! Un ominide basso e fisicamente inconsistente,che parla da solo(credo abbia un amico immaginario poverino... Se poi uno parla con la direttrice allora capisce subito la loro inettitudine. Non sanno neanche ricevere una mail o stampare un documento! Credo che il computer se lo sia magnato guardandola!urge lavanda gastrica!!! The first rule of this U P is we nan go to work and you don't have to break! Ogni volta mi dicono che mi chiameranno il giorno dopo. Evidentemente chi se ne occupa starà lavorando talmente tanto con questi conti business da non trovare nemmeno il tempo di fissare un appuntamento. Segnalerò direttamente a poste italiane I have been waiting for a call from whoever should be in charge of business accounts for a week, I have left my phone number 3 times, always hoping to be called for an appointment. Every time they tell me they will call me the next day. Io mi rendo conto che scaricare le frustrazioni di una vita irrisolta scrivendo recensioni negative in rete possa essere liberatorio, ma in questo caso sono assolutamente immeritate. Non è facile lavorare gestendo grandi numeri e molta varietà di servizi, spesso in situazioni d' emergenza, chi non se ne rende conto probabilmente non ha mai lavorato in vita sua, o almeno non lo ha fatto in certe condizioni. Assolutamente cinque stelle, grazie I've been going there about twice a week for a year. All kind, prepared and very helpful. I realize that unloading the frustrations of an unresolved life by writing negative reviews online can be liberating, but in this case they are absolutely undeserved. It is not easy to work managing large numbers and a great variety of services, often in emergency situations, whoever does not realize this has probably never worked in his life, or at least he has not done so under certain conditions.
