M	Marco Fiore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima gestione. Un impressione iniziale positiva che è poi stata totalmente cancellata dalla pessima gestione della mia richiesta. Avevo chiesto dei preventivi su carta intestata chiarendo fin da subito che non era certo che avrei aggiustato tutto. Mi è stato detto che non c'era problema. Dopo 20gg di attesa e di finti rinvii mi arriva una mail da un indirizzo personale con 3 righe, con nome dell'oggetto e costo della riparazione. Quindi niente carta intestata, zero professionalità. 20gg per una mail che si scrive in meno di un minuto e soprattutto si sono rimangiati quanto garantito e assicurato in un primo momento. Le giustificazioni addotte sono poi da mettersi le mani dei capelli. Un postaccio. Non andateci non è gente seria. Inoltre gli orari di apertura riportati su Google non vengono rispettati. Su due volte che sono stato lì di venerdì dopo le 16 ho sempre trovato chiuso anche se l'orario riportato è le 20 Bad management. Ho portato in riparazione la PS4 di mio figlio, dopo una prima riparazione si è presentato di nuovo il problema e la riparazione è stata lampo anche supportata da messaggi Whatapp di Samuele che ha saputo gestire il rapporto con il cliente in maniera eccellente, ipotizzando addirittura di mandarci il corriere a casa a ritirare la play essendo noi in isolamento per Covid. Centro consigliatissimo!!!! An availability never encountered in any service center.
