★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con cortesia e professionalità in iClinic sono riusciti a fare il miracolo e a riparare il mio Mac. Un altro centro assistenza mi aveva prospettato come unica soluzione quella di cambiare tutto il pezzo ad un prezzo per cui mi sarebbe convenuto acquistare un computer nuovo. In iClinic sono riusciti, con tanta pazienza, a riparare il Mac senza bisogno di sostituzione. Cortesi, puntuali e altamente competenti. Consigliatissimo!
 With courtesy and professionalism in iClinic they managed to work the miracle and repair my Mac. Another service center had offered me the only solution to change the whole piece at a price for which I would have been better able to buy a new computer. In iClinic they managed, with a lot of patience, to repair the Mac without the need for replacement. Courteous, punctual and highly competent. Highly recommended!

Scrivo volentieri questa recensione perché altrove avrebbero indubbiamente preso in lavorazione il computer, anche per una cosa risolvibile dal cliente in autonomia.
La generosità e l'onestà ripagano sempre e consiglierò volentieri la vostra azienda.

It's not every day that you solve a problem on your Mac simply by getting telephone support from the vendor.
I am happy to write this review because elsewhere they would undoubtedly have taken the computer to work, even for something that can be solved by the customer independently.
Generosity and honesty always pay off and I will gladly recommend your company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto una riparazione urgente di un MacBook Pro del 2017, per un guasto ritenuto irreparabile anche dallo store ufficiale. A seguito di un intervento “chirurgico” molto complesso, il pc ha ripreso a funzionare perfettamente.
Ho apprezzato molto: la professionalità, la capacità di farmi capire quale fosse il problema e la strategia utilizzata per risolverlo, la tempistica di lavoro. Mi erano, infatti, state prospettate 48 ore come periodo di intervento, ma già dopo neanche 24 ore sono stato ricontattato per ritirare il computer.
Peraltro, non posso neanche lamentarmi del prezzo: del tutto onesto. Sarei stato pronto a pagare qualsiasi cifra per riavere il mio computer indietro il più presto possibile, ma sono stato “salvato” senza sovrapprezzo.
Alla luce di tutto ciò, non posso che esprimere il massimo della valutazione!
I requested an urgent repair of a 2017 MacBook Pro, due to a failure considered irreparable even by the official store. Following a very complex "surgical" operation, the PC started working perfectly again.
I really appreciated: the professionalism, the ability to make me understand what the problem was and the strategy used to solve it, the work schedule. In fact, 48 hours had been proposed to me as an intervention period, but after not even 24 hours I was contacted to collect the computer.
Besides, I can't even complain about the price: totally honest. I would have been prepared to pay anything to get my computer back as soon as possible, but I was "bailed out" at no extra cost.
In light of all this, I can only express the highest rating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As many naive users of Mac OSX, I got desperate when I lost data and the computer would not reboot. After a lot of back and forth, someone told me it could be the Graphics Card. I was about to buy one and have it installed, when I came across iClinic in Rome. I spoke to Mr Flavio, their expert engineer, and he asked me to bring the computer to the shop first and he will check it out within an hour. He stipulated that maybe I do not need to change the graphics card completely. His prediction was absolutely spot on. He had to do some cleaning the Video bit and solder its balls (all technical for me), but when I returned to the shop, I saw my home screen all lit up! It was like discovering an old friend. Flavio net me a photo of the bits he repaired and I felt assured that I received the best service. I highly recommend iClinic and Flavio (he also speaks English which helped me a lot) for the professional advice and excellent service.
