Innanzitutto, ho trovato grande disorganizzazione da parte della segreteria: non solo non sono stata avvisata che avrei dovuto portare con me i documenti relativi a visite mediche precedenti, ma mi hanno fatto attendere oltre 30 minuti all’accettazione, arrivando in ritardo all’appuntamento. Gli spogliatoi dove fanno preparare il paziente sono sporchissimi. La preparazione alla risonanza è stata molto sbrigativa, tant’è che nessuno mi ha spiegato come funzioni o fatto domande sulle mie condizioni di salute. Dopo 15 minuti si verifica un guasto alla macchina a causa del quale rimango dentro per altri 20 minuti abbondanti (durante i quali mi è stato solo detto che non sarebbero riusciti a tirarmi fuori), con tanto di mascherina, dato che nessuno mi aveva detto che avrei potuto toglierla. Dopo 35 minuti totali mi riescono a tirare fuori. Chiedo per quanto ne avessimo ancora e mi sento rispondere “poco”=altri 15 minuti. Terminato il tutto, mi sono pure accorta che non solo nessuno mi avesse comunicato quando sarebbe stato possibile ritirare il referto, ma che nemmeno sul documento rilasciatomi fosse annotato qualcosa. Inoltre i risultati non vengono inviati tramite email ma devono essere ritirati in presenza. Organizzazione, gentilezza e professionalità 0. Bad experience. First of all, I found great disorganization on the part of the secretariat: not only was I not advised that I would have to bring the documents relating to previous medical examinations with me, but they made me wait more than 30 minutes for check-in, arriving late for the appointment. The changing rooms where they prepare the patient are very dirty. Preparation for the resonance was very hasty, so much so that no one explained to me how it works or asked questions about my health conditions. After 15 minutes there is a car breakdown where I stay inside for a good 20 minutes (during which I was only told that they would not be able to get me out), complete with a mask, as no one had told me that I could have taken it off. After a total of 35 minutes they manage to pull me out. I ask for how much we still had and I hear the answer "a little" = another 15 minutes. When everything was over, I also realized that not only had no one told me when it would be possible to collect the report, but that not even something had been noted on the document issued to me. Furthermore, the results are not sent by email but must be collected in person. Organization, kindness and professionalism 0.
D	Debora Bosé on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi come prezzi, per il resto alcune segretarie al cup abbastanza maleducate e arroganti. Fisiatra svogliata, scortese, indisposta. Sembra che sia lì per farti un piacere. Per quanto riguarda le fisioterapiste (non tutte) alcune per tutta la mezz'ora mentre lavorano parlano dei cavoli loro con colleghe senza neanche prestare attenzione al cliente, a maggior ragione visto che è un servizio a pagamento, ci si aspetta tutt'altro del servizio che ti danno. Per non parlare che non appena te ne vai ti parlano alle spalle ridendo e scherzando, pensando pure di non essere state sentite!!! Io mi chiedo se è il caso di tenere fisioterapiste che invece che lavorare pensano di essere al bar tra amiche a bere il caffè??! Competent doctors. In the last week I have performed mammography / ultrasound ... on time and efficient.
M	Madalina Nica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RX Torace Ho trovato questa struttura tramite internet.In seguito ho guardato le recensioni che alcune sono brutte ma non ho guardato a questo,ho seguito comunque la mia strada,dopo la mia esperienza in questa struttura ho scoperto persone meravigliose,al entrata c'era un ragazzo molto accogliente che mi ha dato tutti gli indirizzi, al cup ragazza bravissima, la radiografia me l'ha fatta un'altra ragazza meravigliosa, dolce e perfettissima,mi sono trovata benissimo e tornero tutte le volte che avrò bisogno. Bravo a tutti!!!Grazie di tutto!Non ho capito però le recensioni negative, perché mi sembrano solo cattiverie da alcune persone che secondo me nn hanno nulla della vita e si lamentano degli altri che lavorano per noi.Andate con fiducia!!! Chest X-ray I found this property through the internet, later I looked at the reviews some are bad but I didn't look at this one, I followed my path anyway, after my experience in this structure I discovered wonderful people, at the entrance there was a guy very welcoming who gave me all the addresses, at the cup very good girl, the x-ray was done by another wonderful girl, sweet and very perfect, I had a great time and I will come back as often as I need. Bravo everyone !!! Thanks for everything! I did not understand the negative reviews, however, because they seem to me only bad things from some people who in my opinion do not have anything in life and complain about others who work for us. Alle h.9.50 ero in accettazione Alle h. 10.14 pagavo la prestazione ( fede il bancomat) Alle 10.15 ero al primo piano in sala d 'attesa (previa consegna della ricevuta alla segretaria).Sono stata in attesa 40minuti prima che la Dott.essa si degnasse di uscire dalla studio e chiamarmi. Nei 40 minuti non c'era nessun utente in attesa per lei prima di me.....c'ero solo io. In studio in modo molto seccato mi ha fatto notare il ritardo, non ha voluto sentire le mie giustificazioni, ha detto che dovevo partire prima da casa... Ha eseguito l'esame in modo freddo e distaccato(fattore umano zero) e senza guardarmi in faccia mi ha consegnato il referto! Volevo sapere se questa scortesia gratuita viene riservato all'utente che arriva in ritardo dopo aver pagato. Mi sono rivolta molto spesso a voi per visite ed esami vari, ma mai tratta cosi male. Hello, my name is Bressan Fiorenza, on 13/01/22 I performed Thyroid ultrasound by Dr. Elisa Somavilla. I had an appointment at 10 am. At 9.50 am I was in admission At h. 10.14 I paid for the service (proof of the ATM) At 10.15 am I was on the first floor in the waiting room (after giving the receipt to the secretary). I was waiting 40 minutes before Dr. she deigned to leave the office and call me. In the 40 minutes there was no user waiting for her before me ..... it was just me. In the studio, very annoyed, he pointed out the delay, he didn't want to hear my justifications, he said I had to leave home earlier ... He performed the exam in a cold and detached way (zero human factor) and without looking at me he handed me the report! I wanted to know if this free rudeness is reserved for the user who arrives late after paying. I have come to you very often for various visits and exams, but never treats so badly.

Ho esguito giorni fa 1 TAC durata 3 minuti scarsi e al ritiro referti mi hann consegnato rx. di altra persona, poi mancava referto bacino, infine mancava dischetto cd lombosacrale( colonna) Tornato di sabato mattina trovato chiuso, mentre sul foglio ritiro indicano gli orari del sabato. Consiglio vivamente di evitarlo. Totalmente inaffidabile. Badly organized and managed center. A few days ago I performed 1 CT scan which lasted just 3 minutes and when I was collected the reports they gave me an x-ray. of another person, then the pelvis report was missing, finally the lumbosacral disk (column) was missing. Returned on Saturday morning found closed, while on the withdrawal sheet they indicate the times of Saturday. I highly recommend avoiding it. Totally unreliable.

É da ottobre dell'anno scorso a tutt'oggi che sto facendo riabilitazione motoria in privato a causa di una capsulite congelata. Faccio i miei sentiti complimenti e ringraziamenti a tutto lo staff, in primis a Carrara Chiara che si sta prendendo cura di me dandomi tutte le dovute attenzioni, al dott. Buffoli eccellente nel suo lavoro e molto cordiale, a Delia, Federica, Lisa, Matteo che li vedo svolgere il loro lavoro in modo meticoloso. A Sara molto disponibile nel venirmi in contro a fissarmi gli appuntamenti in concomitanza con i miei impegni lavorativi. Inoltre trovo che le palestre presenti al secondo e terzo piano siano ben corredate di tutti gli attrezzi necessari per poter garantire la riabilitazione necessaria. A Sara very helpful in coming to meet me to make appointments to coincide with my work commitments. O	Oscar Orisio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato un mese prime di mettere la recensione, prima volevo essere certo dell’esito del referto eseguito in un altro studio. Parto subito con la più grave: RX a piedi il quale esito è stato “nessuna lesione o trauma significato “ sta di fatto che nella lastra si notava la differenza tra piede SX e DX, ed infatti nel referto che ho fatto in un altro studio, è stata appurata la presenza di una frattura Infine le addette alla segreteria non sanno gestire le prenotazioni fatte su piattaforme a loro convenzionate, e non solo, dicevano che avevo sbagliato io e deridevano sul fatto che qualcuno aveva fatto una chiamata per prenotare una data (in cui ero via) e dove io continuavo a confermare di non aver fatto alcuna telefonata . L’unica competente ed educata è la ragazza addetta ad avviare il macchinario RX
