★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro molto bello, con personale competente, gentile e preparato che ti mette a tuo agio, io sono stato in cura con il dr Lorenzo Favini, fisioterapista di studio sinergia, per un problema al ginocchio (una distorsione durante una partita di pallacanestro) che dopo essere passato sotto altri fisioterapisti.
Grazie a lui ho risolto il mio problema!
Insieme abbiamo lavorato per rinforzare tutti i muscoli della gamba così che non lavorasse l'articolazione ma il muscolo, partendo con esercizi semplici e piano piano il ginocchio si rinforzava ed insieme siamo andati a stabilire l aumento del carico degli esercizi e sono riuscito dopo un anno di continui stop perché il ginocchio non riusciva a sopportare lo stress durante un semplice allenamento o una partita a riuscir a giocare come prima dell'infortunio, e finalmente sono riuscito a liberarmi del tutore!!
Ringrazio lo studio, specialmente Lorenzo, ma anche Daniela che mi ha portato da lui?
 Very nice center, with competent, kind and prepared staff that puts you at ease, I was treated with Dr. Lorenzo Favini, physiotherapist of study synergy, for a knee problem (a sprain during a basketball game) that after having passed under other physiotherapists.
Thanks to him I solved my problem!
Together we worked to strengthen all the muscles of the leg so that it did not work the joint but the muscle, starting with simple exercises and slowly the knee was strengthened and together we went to establish the increase in the load of the exercises and I succeeded after a year of continuous stops because the knee could not bear the stress during a simple training or a game to be able to play as before the injury, and finally I was able to get rid of the brace !!

Al suo interno ci si sente coinvolti e il loro entusiasmo da fiducia e positività!!!!frequento da tempo lo studio per un problema che i medici tradizionali risolvevano solo con un'intervento. Da loro sono migliorato e ormai grazie alla fisioterapia personalizzata l'intervento che prevedeva una protesi è alle spalle !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi professionisti, molto preparati. Dopo aver fatto il Covid in modo grave lo scorso ottobre, mi sono rivolto a loro per cercare di risolvere gli strascichi che il virus mi ha lasciato. Ho apprezzato il servizio del nutrizionista (quasi uno psicologo… per quanto mi ha ascoltato!) per riprendere a far funzionare il metabolismo in modo corretto; sono seguito settimanalmente ed egregiamente nei progressi fisici dal personal trainer e tutto questo dopo che mi era stato suggerito un ciclo di ozono terapia che mi ha ridato un vigore che mi mancava da molti mesi. Sono tornato ad impugnare una racchetta e mi sono procurato una contrattura all’avambraccio che mi è stata risolta nel giro di una settimana, per cui anche fisio e osteopata all’altezza delle aspettative. Bravi! E grazie, senza di voi non sarei riuscito a tornare “ai vecchi tempi”!
Excellent professionals, very well prepared. After doing Covid in a serious way last October, I turned to them to try to solve the aftermath that the virus left me. I appreciated the service of the nutritionist (almost a psychologist… as far as he listened to me!) To get my metabolism working properly again; I was followed weekly and very well in my physical progress by the personal trainer and all this after I had been suggested a cycle of ozone therapy that gave me back a vigor that I had been missing for many months. I went back to holding a racket and got a contracture in my forearm that was resolved within a week, so that even a physio and osteopath lived up to expectations. Well done! And thank you, without you I would not have been able to go back "to the old days"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato a frequentare Studio Sinergia per i corsi di pilates e tai chi (che consiglio), poi mi sono rivolta al nutrizionista Dottor Casati che ascoltandomi e modificando le mie abitudini alimentari, mi ha permesso di raggiungere ottimi risultati. In più una volta a settimana la Dottoressa Messa e la sua collega mi stanno aiutando, con una scheda personalizzata, a migliorare la postura e la tonicità muscolare. Inoltre l’osteopata Dottor Chiacchio ha risolto dei dolori al nervo sciatico che spesso mi davano fastidio. Quindi cosa dire di più? Grazie a Studio Sinergia!

Professionisti con un alto livello di competenza e un forte calore umano.
Ho iniziato il mio percorso ad ottobre 2020, ho ottenuto e sto ottenendo molti risultati. Con Daniela, la personal trainer, ogni lunedì facciamo pesi e per casa ha studiato varie schede per un allenamento mirato.
