Necessitavo di una visita ginecologica e la dottoressa Gargasole è stata una scoperta meravigliosa: professionale, gentile e cordiale.
Mi sono sentita subito a mio agio e libera di poter esporre tutti i miei dubbi.
Farò di questo centro il mio punto di riferimento per future visite specialistiche, in quanto mi sono trovata davvero bene sia per quanto riguarda preparazione e gentilezza ma anche per il prezzo molto vantaggioso.
Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.
 In this center I found everything I was looking for; professionalism and kindness.
I needed a gynecological examination and Dr. Gargasole was a wonderful discovery: professional, kind and friendly.
I immediately felt at ease and free to be able to expose all my doubts.
I will make this center my point of reference for future specialist visits, as I found myself really well both in terms of preparation and kindness but also for the very advantageous price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di conoscere Politerapica perchè mi sono recata qui per la prima volta per eseguire un tampone Covid e ho scoperto che qui operavano diversi specialisti privati, ad un costo decisamente contenuto, a fronte però di una grande professionalità. l'ho sperimentato per me e per alcuni miei familiari. Consiglio questa struttura per la professionalità con cui i pazienti sono seguiti e per il fatto di non dover aspettare molto per gli appuntamenti.
I got to know Politerapica because I went here for the first time to perform a Covid swab and I discovered that several private specialists operated here, at a decidedly low cost, in the face of great professionalism. I have experienced it for myself and for some of my family members. I recommend this facility for the professionalism with which patients are followed and for not having to wait long for appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso questa struttura per un tampone Covid19, il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile, capacità di rapportarsi con clienti esteri con un fluente inglese, i risultati del test sono arrivati puntuali e tempestivi come previsto, consigliatissimo.
Ci tornerò sicuramente per altri esami.
I went to this facility for a Covid19 swab, the staff was very courteous and helpful, ability to deal with foreign customers with fluent English, the test results arrived on time and timely as expected, highly recommended.
I will definitely be back for more exams.

Agostini e la dott.ssa Rondi, due persone scrupolose e attente ch emi hanno dedicato tutto il tempo necessario a capire il mio problema e finalmente a risolverlo! un grazie anche ai fisioterapisti e massaggiatori che hanno curato tutta la parte di riabilitazione. Se mai avessi ancora bisogno di Politerapica so che ci sono validi professionisti e mi avvarrò della loro professionalità.
I was desperate for my health problems! then I met dr. Agostini and Dr. Rondi, two scrupulous and attentive people who dedicated all the time necessary to understand my problem and finally solve it! thanks also to the physiotherapists and masseurs who took care of the entire rehabilitation part. If I ever need Politerapica again I know that there are valid professionals and I will take advantage of their professionalism.

Voglio segnalare la professionalità e l’attenzione che i fisioterapisti, ma anche il resto del personale, ha nei confronti dei pazienti.
Io mi sono sentita veramente accompagnata e seguita in tutto, il personale è sempre disponibile e soprattutto efficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo la presente recensione dopo aver mandato una mail alla direzione alla quale dopo più di 10 giorni nessuno ha ritenuto di dover rispondere. Mi sono recata per una visita dietologica
fissata ed autorizzata tramite la mia assicurazione privata. Al momento dell'accettazione mi veniva comunicato che oltre al pagamento dell'importo previsto, nel caso il medico avesse predisposto un piano dietetico avrei dovuto pagare la differenza (ma un dietologo cosa fa se non prescrive un piano dietetico?) . Peccato che la differenza richiesta ha fatto si che l'importo da me versato ammontasse ad € 70, 00 (praticamente pari
al costo della visita privata) Quindi la struttura alla fine riceverà il rimborso dall'assicurazione più quanto da me pagato... Non entro nel merito del sopraccitato piano dietetico sul quale avrei qualcosa da dire. Mi sento presa in giro, prima volta in questa struttura ed esperienza negativa. Penso che questa modalità non sia corretta.
P.S. A seguito risposta del centro.
Il problema non sta nel costo della prestazione ma nel fatto che l'abbiate fatta pagare per intero a me e successivamente avrete il rimborso dall'assicurazione, al momento dell'accettazione non mi è stato comunicato il costo del piano dietologico altrimenti avrei sicuramente rinunciato alla prestazione oppure l'avrei effettuata allo stesso prezzo in regime privato. Credo sarebbe corretto comunicare al momento della prenotazione cosa comprende la visita dietologica e che non comprende il piano dietologico a me è la prima volta che succede.
Comunque ringrazio per la risposta.

I think this mode is incorrect.

The problem is not in the cost of the service but in the fact that you have made me pay for it in full and then you will have the reimbursement from the insurance, at the time of acceptance I was not informed of the cost of the diet plan otherwise I would certainly have renounced the service or I would have carried out it at the same price in a private regime. I think it would be correct to communicate at the time of booking what the dietary visit includes and which does not include the dietary plan to me this is the first time this happens.

Il dottor Bianchi ha poi effettuato l Intervento d asportazione. Il tutto in tempi brevi ed a un prezzo assolutamente onesto .La mia esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva e sara un punto di riferimento per il futuro. Ringrazio tutto lo staff , gentili e professionali.
I went to polypharmacy for the first time for a surgical visit since with the NHS it is practically impossible to remove a simple cyst. Dr. Bianchi then carried out the removal operation. Marta ci ha fatto anche qualche lezione sul pavimento pelvico. Conoscevo già politerapica in quanto ho fatto dei cicli di massaggi per problemi alla schiena, mio padre ci andava come riabilitazione post intervento alla vescica. Mi sono sempre trovata bene.
